There is not enough space for opened big suitcase, the only place where you can have it open is right by the door, so it’s not always convenient or comfortable. Frequently, when I select 1 large bed it is just 2 connected single beds.

Hotel location is in quite area, like 18 min walk from center towards north. Relaxing walk distance to the center. SAS (market) around the left corner. Deluxe room (on top, fifth floor) is big, with separated sleeping area and large window from ceiling to floor. Nice view towards north side of Yerevan. Beds are very comfort, with clean lining. Staff very friendly, one present also during night time. There is a lift for three persons in the building. Wifi very good and stable. Breakfast basic with warm omelettes on demand (also just eggs; you just ask lady in the kitchen), but completely ok for the start of the day. Cleaning every day with fresh towels if needed. Other hotel guests completely quite (we stayed from 26 July to August 1 2025). Participation at Vardavar (amazing event with everybody getting wet) was very nice experience. Main streets (Koryun, Abovyan) very close, easy to get taxi (use Yandex Go app; it works like a charm). In hotel no problem for English or Russian. Drinking water everywhere in the city. In July AC in the room was working most of the time, very quite operation from Midea unit. Outside temperatures were up to 37 degC with humidity, but drinking water helped a lot. City very nice, with clean streets, people very nice. On short amazing, relaxing stay in the hotel, as all activities in the center with delicious food aswell.

The hotel is central and in a quiet location. There's a metro station 5 minutes walk away and the line serves the railway station. There are many food shops, bars &.restaurants within 10 minutes walk. It's 1/2 an hour walk to Republic Square along a tree lined road. The staff were helpful. The room had blackout curtains and a great shower.

Brilliant but quiet location. A huge bonus for parking, which was real and functional - extremely exceptional in Yerevan. The receptionist, young man - rate: 10 out of 10 minus nothing. The room - rather small but everything is there what you need for sleeping and self-maintenance (resting).

The hotel is quite nice, relatively close to the center, in 3-5m walking distance there are some small supermarkets and coffee shops. The room was clean, the bed is comfortable and it is pretty warm even when the temperature outside is minus. I had a check in at 5 am and everything was done pretty smoothly. Nice hotel for a short stay

Instead of 1 mattress (that I specify for the room) we had 2 split together, and they they spread out during sleep, which was very uncomfortable. Water tap in the bathroom is not comfortable to wash cups or socks, or anything, but this one is is subjective

Nice and helpful stuff, convenient location, clean rooms, enough space for such a small room. It was nice to see disposable slippers, toothbrushes and toiletries in the room.

Nice personnel, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed. There is an elevator in the hotel. Good location, 5-10 minutes walking distance to the city center (Cascades and North Avenue). The hotel is situated between the old buildings, that prevent noise from the traffic. All recommendations.

The towel did not look clean. There are stairs so the place not suitable for a disabled person or for a weak girl with a big luggage case like me. Fortunately the stuff is helpful!

The property’s location is good. It is 10-15mins walk to train station, 15-20mins walk to Cascade Complex, 10mins away by car to Republic Square, near to grocery store and pharmacy. The room was neat/clean. It was good. Others said room was small, but i thought it wasn’t. We were 3 people. We stayed in the room with 2 single beds and sofa bed, and we had enough space. Bathroom was also clean. Breakfast was descent. The staff were friendly specially the room attendant.

-we could smell cigarettes in our room almost all the time -we booked a room with one double bed, but it was 2 separate beds with separate mattresses standing together. However, it was uncomfortable because these 2 beds moved away all the time

It was very comfortable that the hotel located in the city center, everything is in walking distance. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Special regards to the ladies working at the kitchen, who were offering coffee and hot oatmeal

Could be more hot dishes for breakfast

Everything was nice, the room was quite comfortable. I felt like I was in a 3-star casual network hotel. Everything is good, but nothing special. Breakfast was okay for Armenia, quite decent, but with only 2 hot dishes - scrambled eggs and sausages. Staff (cleaners and receptionists) are very friendly.
