Great place, with very helpful and polite personnel, a good breakfast, and a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable room.

I requested invoice and they mentioned to be shared by email and nothing received till now despite my message to them

Clean and extremely close to the city centre. It's very quiet area and the staff is friendly.

In room 301, the AC had noise, which, of course, could not be fixed at night.

Breakfast was very good, staff kind and helpful. Excellent room.

Some hairs in the bed and bathroom.

There is not enough space for opened big suitcase, the only place where you can have it open is right by the door, so it’s not always convenient or comfortable. Frequently, when I select 1 large bed it is just 2 connected single beds.

Hotel location is in quite area, like 18 min walk from center towards north. Relaxing walk distance to the center. SAS (market) around the left corner. Deluxe room (on top, fifth floor) is big, with separated sleeping area and large window from ceiling to floor. Nice view towards north side of Yerevan. Beds are very comfort, with clean lining. Staff very friendly, one present also during night time. There is a lift for three persons in the building. Wifi very good and stable. Breakfast basic with warm omelettes on demand (also just eggs; you just ask lady in the kitchen), but completely ok for the start of the day. Cleaning every day with fresh towels if needed. Other hotel guests completely quite (we stayed from 26 July to August 1 2025). Participation at Vardavar (amazing event with everybody getting wet) was very nice experience. Main streets (Koryun, Abovyan) very close, easy to get taxi (use Yandex Go app; it works like a charm). In hotel no problem for English or Russian. Drinking water everywhere in the city. In July AC in the room was working most of the time, very quite operation from Midea unit. Outside temperatures were up to 37 degC with humidity, but drinking water helped a lot. City very nice, with clean streets, people very nice. On short amazing, relaxing stay in the hotel, as all activities in the center with delicious food aswell.
