There was no AC or ventilation in the room. Also the TV has connection issues.

Slow clean services respond and old bathroom and furniture equipments like towels, sofas beds mattresses...etc, as well kids' playground needs maintenance for chairs, swings and outdoor gym need to be renewed, but anyway it's so nice....

The children's room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, even though there were signs prohibiting smoking. I believe the management should take action against those who violate the rules. However, in good faith, when I reported this issue, they gave us another room, and I appreciate that.

This is a very good hotel that offers value for money. The rooms are very comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised by how good the breakfast was. I highly recommend it.

Food. Breakfast was ok, but lunch and dinner very limited, not much to chose. Besides the quantity of food was not enough for everyone. If you come 10 min late for the lunch or dinner set time, you risk to stay hungry.

The locatiion was good in a quiet area up the hill, in 10 min can get to the town center. It was kid friendly, they have playroom for kids and outside playground. Receptionists were very polite and helpful.

The pool turned out to be a paid service at a cost of 7,000 drams ($20) per hour.

A good relatively new budget hotel 10 minutes walk from the center of Tsaghkadzor and it's restaurants, shops and a bus stop to Yerevan. Large and comfortable rooms with balconies, fast internet, acceptable buffet breakfast, large playground in the hotel courtyard.

We liked cottage setup. Staff was good. Heater was often broke down and immediate service was done. Overall it was good experience to remember.

There was no toaster for the breakfast, there was only one juice. The price of the pool is not reasonable.

Our family had a fantastic vacation, especially during our stay at Alpina Resort. Ms. Arevik was extremely accommodating, helpful, and genuinely friendly. We even decided to extend our stay because the kids had so much fun enjoying the hotel facilities. The villa we stayed in was exceptional—spotlessly clean, spacious with everything we needed, and the room temperature was just perfect. The hotel also fulfilled all our requests, making our stay even more comfortable. This is definitely a place we’d love to return to in Armenia. Plus, its location is excellent, with easy access to the market, restaurants and ski resort.

The room was not at good condition like bad wasn’t comfortable at all, the room main door while opening and closing making sound, even the water bottle was costly,everything was paid even the water bottles,in room .when we arrived at the property they informed us there will be no water for 7 to 8hours which was very surprising. Food also not good at the restaurant.

The location was fantastic, offering a breathtaking view from our balcony. It was also conveniently just a few minutes’ walk from the town market, restaurants, and church.

The cottage was a bit run down. We rented the sauna/swimming pool (which you need to pay extra for, but you get the small pool, sauna and jacuzzi all to yourself), and it was also slightly run down, although everything seemed clean.

The location is right by the city center, the area is very nice, surrounded with pine trees. The cottage was very cozy, everything was clean. The personnel was very friendly! We really enjoyed our stay!

The food is not various, something s not tasty. The way to the hotel is hard by foot in winter. There is a neighbor building under construction
