Breakfast was tasty however was not well organized as everyone was left without coffee and tea ( one of the most important detail for breakfast) as there was no hot water. The restaurant was too much Europeraised, small portions and not really tasty, especially tabule which was made not from cus cus but other grain.

Breakfast wasn’t good, the food is not fresh and not tasty. When you say breakfast is served from from 09:00 to 11:00 in the morning, you have to refresh it if the food runs out. At 10:20, everything was empty.

The only thing was chimney, which you couldn't fire when the weather was windy, because smoke filled in to the room.

Staff was very friendly and supportive. Beds were cozy and comfortable. Great place for our pet. Menu was exceptionally good. Thanks to chef.

Everything was great, the room, the breakfast and the food in general. The location is just amazing, in the middle of the mountain but with perfect roads and it is not difficult to get there. We loved it! The best thing was the horse riding! The landscape is amazing and Artur was a great guide.

we face issue on the way to the hotel were the taxi drive dont know the status of the road, 5 KM prior to the location was tough for normal car, we felt sorry for the taxi driver.the car was not able to complete toreach the hotel,the team of the hotel was very fact by solving the problem by sending small van with free charges. it was late in the night and raining ,the road should be fixed. big thanks to the reception team for solving the problem and warm welcom.
