How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The only thing is that there's some light from outside passing through the window. Since I carry my sleeping mask it was ok.
Great renovated room, strong and silent air conditioning. Since it was quite hot in the city, this really matters. Very quiet to sleep, away from main roads. Comfortable beds. Good shower. From 15 to 20 minutes walk to all the main spots. Good location. Excellent cost-benefit. Definitely recommend.

The place is great it has everything you need within few meters. Hachatur is an exceptional host, and even better person. If we searched for better host we wouldn't find him, 10 is a minimum rating for him and the apartment 🙂. Definitely more than recommended, great great great.

The apartment only has one sink for washing dishes, and it's located in the bathroom. It would be more convenient to have it one near the kitchen. Additionally, it would be better if the bathroom had a mop squeezer or a spinner mop.
The apartment was clean and spacious. The location was convenient, close to public transportation and shopping centers. The management was responsive and friendly.

Yeravan is small. So easy to get anywhere in the center. But the place is slightly off center - nice park with restaurants close by - and thus a 500 meter walk till the center starts or so.
The hosts. When something was needed they helped alot.

Cotton sheets - really can not sleep on other materials, but it was too late when it turned out it's satin on my bed, but I pretty sure, I could get what I need if I would just ask for it before 2AM hehe - so It's more about my special requests for the future bookings perfect place
One of the nicest hosts i've ever seen, super friendly, attentive and punctual. Room has separate enter like a whole apartment :D clean and chill even during hot days(!)- with all I need, even little kitchen with dishes for cooking.

Everything. I can confidently say that this is worth your single penny. With a very strategic location( near to Republic Square) , convenience ( near to parks,restaurants,main road) , clean room with complete amenities and household stuffs , very helpful and accommodating owner - Ms.Hazmik ( willing to extend her help to provide our needs). Highly RECOMMENDABLE AND COMMENDABLE. This place is worth a 5star review . Will surely book here whenever we are in Yerevan.

The studio was very modern. The low balcony with table and chairs outside forms part of an enclosed courtyard shared with the owners who are pleasant. Make sure you copy the location from booking.com as Google Maps will send you to the wrong place. Maps,me locates the place accurately.

Bit difficult to find, but hosts extremely helpful. perhaps more attention to how to find the street as it is just off the main road, but google doesnt show properly

I like most is the location, can virtually explore the city by just walking (if you like walking). We rarely take taxi only if want to go somewhere really far.

Barking dog all the time, garbage in the corridor, terrace door not soundproof, you can hear traffic, leaking in toilet hand wash, missing basic kitchen products, rude host ee agreed to check out at 2 pm , and than they lied and wanted us disturbing around 1 pm , stupid company stay in apartment present also in Airbnb, Avoid them . Service very idiots no speak English and hostile.

Central heating is not working so we get small heater which takes a few more minutes to heat to whole room. Location is a bit off the main attractions and metro.
The host is absolutely lovely and kind. She explained everything to us. The accomondation itself is very cozy. Bed is really comfortable and there is also a TV and little kitchen. Close to mini market.

The apartment had a bad air circulation, opening the air conditioning helped. The bathroom was clean but had a bad smell too. The kitchen had no sink. Overall it was ok since we were out most of the time.
