The only problem is that it is the third floor and has no elevator.

It was very clean, all the sheets were washed. The facilities were perfect. It is less than 5 minutes to the city center and sightseeing. It is really worth it for its price.

The thing we didnt like was, we were given a 4th floor apartment and the building doesnt have an elevator. Sinks in kitchen and bathroom are clogged. Bed slabs of the queen size the single bed are not sturdy enough, my friends have sunk down to the bottom.

The location was great (in the center of Yerevan, close to restaurants and supermarket). The apartment was spacious and clean.

when you search on the google map then take you 500meter away, the toilet tap is leaking, no privacy on bedroom, there is big glass window which is not coverable, bed rooms are small, the apartment is in 4th floor no elevator, the exterior of the building in very crapy.

Honestly, the only thing that the apartment lacks is the entrance of the building other than that everything was better than I expected.

I liked how big and spacious the apartment was it was very clean and comfortable it felt cozy. A big plus was its location it was spectacular also the host was very friendly and cooperative every time I needed help with anything.

The apartment is a bit of a long walk from the nearest metro station, especially with luggage. We arrived in Yerevan rather early in the morning, in pouring rain and with small children. It would have meant the world to us if the hotel could have offered us an early check-in to the apartment, which was not apparently occupied the previous night. However this was not possible.

The apartment has a great layout with plenty of room for our party of three adults and two children. It is located in the center of Yerevan with walking distance of major tourist sights and restaurants. The staff at the Phoenix Hotel (which manages the apartment) were helpful with local knowledge and tips. They helped arrange a very reasonably priced car to the airport using a local ride-sharing app.
