We really appreciated the kindness and warmth of the hosts, Pourria and Afsan. They had the rooms ready for us and were very understanding when we arrived early. They also made evening meals for us and these really blew us away. They also made rooms were very comfortable and clean. The fridges were really useful. We also thought the location was ideal as it was so central and yet quiet.

What we didn’t like was the unpleasant smell from the bathroom, likely coming from the drainage, we had to buy an air freshener to deal with it. Also, the bed was too firm for my liking, and I had trouble sleeping. That said, we had a jam-packed itinerary and didn’t spend too much time in the room, so we let it slide.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, which made us feel welcome right away. The room was just the right size for us, and we loved the location, it’s close enough to downtown to be walkable, yet far enough to enjoy some quiet. Breakfast was good, though adding a bit more variety would make it even better.

Room can be noisy depending on the volume of the other guests. Can be complicated to find, there is no visible sign for the hotel, which is on the ground floor of a tower block behind the apartments on the street. Go through the archway to the back and aim for the large tower block to the left.

Walking distance from the city centre and close to shops, supermarkets, a food court and coffee stands. Very helpful owners who speak great English.

Location is very accessible to almost everything in the city. The place we rented is convenient and very clean, my friends and I love the vibe. The landlord is kind and easy to approach. Generally it made our Yerevan tour quite easy and comfy.

The place is very convenient there is small groceries,bread house ,coffee shop ,there is also mall which is 5mins walk only.and metro station .The room is clean and spacious and the breakfast is amazing. Thanks to the owner who is really kind to us and assisting our family to our needs .

If you are looking for a warm family away from home stay with Pouria and Afsana. I stayed just one night, and felt like they were long-lost friends. The room is small but very clean and takes care of all your needs. If I ever go back to Yerevan (I have been told winter is the best time), I will certainly stay here.

Room was not good for a few days stay. Very small without window that we did not saw on reservation. Bed was very bad and also the pillow. In the bathroom we had problem with the water everywhere when you took a shower. Breakfast is only possible at 9 o clock or later. We asked one day to be earlier because of the tour that we had but they said it is not possible to prepare us. TV also did not work.

The location of the apartment was very good. Owner was very nice, and it was ok to come at the late check in, and to leave our stuff when we were going. Price is ok.
