We loved our stay at Arevatun in Dilijan. The hotel has the most beautiful view of the mountains that we couldn't get enough of. The staff were friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home.

There were a bugs, but I understand as it is close to nature. I just recommend using window nets for preventing them entering the room.

The location was uphill and access by foot less convenient. More suitable to people with rented cars. The person in charge, Edo, speaks some english but the others did not. So communicating through google translate was a bit clumsy at times

The inside was great and very comfortable. Breakfast tasty and generous, and they managed to serve it earlier to my request.

Very cold floor in the room. I think in the summer months this is not a problem, but in the winter it was not very comfortable.

Beautiful views from the window over the garden and mountains, cozy rooms and common area with fireplace, beautiful garden around the guest house. The staff is friendly and polite.

It's offseason now, so the rooms were quite cold in the beginning, but it became warmer and we were given a heater. The blankets were very warm and it was comfortable to sleep in general.

The hotel was nice and stylish, the room was cosy. Breakfast was amazing, great variety of food, including fresh friuts and vegetables. We were offered herbal tea in the evening, was nice to spend time near the fireplace. The staff was very welcoming.

The hotel is a bit out of a way and you have to walk to the marshrutka station around 20 min and to the old town 30 min. It was ok for us.

The room was nice and big, nice balcony. The breakfast room has a nice view. The breakfast was really good and plenty. If you want dinner you have to tell the staff in advance and you will get nice food and a lot, as well. The hotel is a bit out of a way, but quiet, which is nice. The staff is very helpful.

Beautiful little hotel with amazing view, situated in a very calm place and surrounded with a green garden. The view on mountains and into greenery both from the cosy common room with huge windows and from the room balcony is very pleasing. Also the staff let You experience the true Armenian hospitality, all the people in the hotel were so nice and helpful. The common room and the guest rooms are clean and stylishly equipped. I enjoyed especially the long breakfasts with plenty of fresh food and herbal tea together with the view and their playlist:-). I really enjoyed the stay in Arevatun.

Small shower room and no fridge, but we stayed just for 2 days and if wasn’t a problem at all.

Good location, easy to find with yandex maps, beautiful garden and view on mountains from balcony. Excellent breakfast and hospitality.

The hotel was very difficult to reach by car because the roads were so bad and very steep. Our car got stuck trying to go uphill. We eventually backed all the way down and then tried another way, but that also didn't work. So we ultimately had to park at the bottom of the hill and then walk. The owners say the roads will hopefully be improved this year.

The shower did not have a divider or a door so the water went onto the bathroom floor and you can hear a pin drop on one side of the building from your room

We loved the location and the views from the restaurant area and the breakfast was very good. Beds were very comfy and very clean room and very nice staff

Too small room with no place for personal belongings. Shower room done in a bad way - even if you take shower carefully, the whole room is covered by water. There is no door or other cover, so water splashes everywhere. Also everything in room looked kinda old. In a bad way neither - not comfy old, but just shabby

Very close to nature, so quiet and peaceful, feels like home. Breakfast is amazing, I wish we would have been there longer. However, it'll be more convenient if you have a car.
