The bathroom is very small and impractical. There is nowhere to hang towels and clothes. Unfortunately, the noise insulation is poor, so you can hear all the conversations in the neighboring rooms and in the hallway.

The hotel is located close to the subway and the city center. The 24-hour reception desk is a real advantage, as it allowed us to check in at night without any problems. The room was clean, although quite small.

I had an amazing stay at RG Boutique Hotel in Yerevan. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The hotel is beautifully designed—stylish, modern, and exceptionally clean. My room was comfortable, well-equipped, and had a cozy, elegant vibe. The bed was super comfy, and everything was spotless. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere—it felt like a perfect retreat after a day exploring the city. The location is excellent—close to many attractions, cafes, and restaurants, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peace and privacy. The attention to detail, from the décor to the little touches like complimentary coffee and toiletries, made the stay feel very thoughtful. I highly recommend RG Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan. It’s a fantastic blend of comfort, style, and service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Size of the room was an unpleasant surprise. The cleanliness of the room and the smell of chlorine in the bathroom. The safety box was locked and the fridge was not connected to the socket.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a quiet place to sleep as there is no noise coming comparing to the other hotel we stayed prior. Location is quite good, just about 10 mins walk to the center.

Excellent value for money. Very friendly, helpful, and flexible staff - from the receptionist to the chambermaid. Clean, comfortable, and reasonably large room with all necessary facilities, including air conditioning. Within easy walking distance to all major attractions in Yerevan. I can only recommend this venue and shall certainly chose it again if I happen to return to Armenia.

I had a back room down the hall, and the Wi-Fi didn't work well in it. I was offered to connect with a cable, but my laptop does not have such an opportunity. Sometimes there are minor technical issues: the elevator may not work for a while or the payment terminal may be blocked (according to the hostess, this happens quite often). I wouldn't have any problems with such little things at all, but I injured my leg the day before, so climbing the stairs (even low) or going for cash was not so easy for me. Overall, the hotel is very good (considering the price-location-quality ratio) - it is definitely worth considering in case of short trips to Yerevan.

In a normal single room you have everything you could expect from such type of accommodation: there are enough outlets, small fridge, TV and even a table with two chairs where you can work or have lunch. It also has air conditioning system which is important during summer. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location was also good - not the best street in terms of being quite but it's very close to the center and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby (even the ones that work late in the evening - it's convenient if you arrive late and need something to eat).

The walls were very thin, so you would have heard of neighbours during the night and that made sleeping hard. Beyond that, not having breakfast at all made it a little hard for us. In a nutshell, if you are looking for a room with a good price and no major problems for sleeping and resting and you like walking 15 minutes a day, I offer the Regard hotel.

The staff were really friendly. Also as an Iranian, having water in the WC was really helpful. It was a 17-minutes-walk to the republic square and a church, a park and a good mall was on the way so you wouldn't be bored.

Parking is offered but this is on street and they don’t reserve a space for you. Our car was damaged in this process. Towels were replaced daily but cups weren’t cleaned and no replacements of teas and coffees. Bed was uncomfortable and seemed well used with a ridge in the middle.

Approximately 45 minutes walk into the old town.
