The doors needs some work

Walls are made of paper? You can hear any word in the next room. There is one toilet/shower, I had to go outside in the bushes when someone was occupying it for half an hour in the morning. There is no AC. There is no curtain so the room is super light. How can this place get such a high score on booking? Lovely people please upgrade your place!

An excellent guesthouse in a great location in Dilijan. My room was clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom. There's a large kitchen for guests use. The owners don't speak English but are very friendly. I ended up spending a week here.

There are many little things that should be improved to make the experience better. For example, there is only one bathroom per many rooms, yet there are no mirrors in the rooms! Also, there are no hooks in the rooms to hang clothes or wet towels. The bathroom has an “open” shower that floods the entire floor, yet there is no squeegee to dry the floor after a shower. The key to my room also did not work well.

Flexibility in the check inn.

I booked a room with a private bathroom. However, there were no rooms with a private bathroom. All rooms share a single bathroom.

It's as advertized: convenient, quiet, with a well equipped kitchen and sitting area. The host is responsive and friendly. The plug-in heater is very handy.

Drain system in the shower needs improment, and thick curtains for the windows to block the sun are needed.

This is the best stay and value for money I had in Armenia. The owners are very friendly and welcoming (they speak no English, but this was not a problem). The place is super clean (spotless) and the kitchen is very functional and equipped with everything you might need (at least 5 cupboards full of pans, plates, etc.). The place has only 3 rooms and it was very quiet at night. All rooms share the same bathroom with very hot water (a good thing when it is rainy and 10 degrees outside). The bathroom was very clean and shower was super functional. There is a washing machine available. The owner charged me 1100AMD for the unlimited usage of the washing machine (soap and detergent was provided ) and this was more than OK with me considering the price of the rooms. The owner offered me home made cognac when I check-in. Communication was excellent before and during my stay, replying within minutes. Overall, I would rate this stay as more than 10/10 as it exceeded my expectations. Of course, for the price paid, do not expect a 5-star hotel, but the facilities and cleanness of the place were excellent. I would come back here anytime.

The owner is an extremely nice lady that makes you feel comfortable from the very beginning. And the best thing is how everything is very very clean. The facility has just 3 rooms that share one toilet and very well equiped kitchen, which i find good. The rooms are basic, but have everything what you need.

The bed matrices aren't the best.

The hole place was super clean. (Rooms, kitchen, toilet) It felt like you're home with a living erea for chating with others and a big kitchen with all the things you need for cooking The location is great close to the supermarket uphill and to the city The refrigerator and washing machin in the bonus point

The owner ( the nice lady ) didn't show up during our stay, so for every little thing, we had to go downstairs and call her The bed wasn't that comfortable for us The room was really hot during the day, especially at noon, because it didn't have AC ( we had to get the door open for air, come and go ) There was one toilet and shower that was clean but not enough for that amount of geust Rooms are not separate with soundproof walls, so we could hear people's walking and talking in our room

Good location less than 1 km from the main roundabout. Big spacious kitchen with dining table and living room, great to socialize with other people.

A nice family home close to the main street. It was quiet and cool in the evening. A big shared kitchen and sitting area. Shared bathroom was down the hall. Nice, welcoming hostess who gave us fruit and sweets.

It was a bit difficult to find as there were no signs and the numbers were difficult to see.

Everything is great, i decided to take a breakfast somewhere in the city, so i cant say anything about that

There is very small amount of place in 4-bed room, you can only sleep here.
