Welcoming people, but they speak only armenian and russian

Bed and pillow was not too comfortable. The staff starts cleanings at midnight making a lot of noise.

Staff were really helpful and caring, breakfast was delicious

For someone like me who loves to walk everywhere, this place has not a good location. No need to take a taxi to either city center or Sevan lake.

Great breakfast, good price. If you just want a place to spend the night, the location is actually quite convinient (at the highway). But if you intend to spend all day at the hotel, theres not much to do around.

Quite uncomfortable bed, not very sufficient heating, the earliest breakfast was at 8AM.

Near to Sevan city centre by car, direct on higway.

You can see everywhere that you can pay by card, bur they are accepting only cash, they have been waiting until we go to the city to get the cash. After we have deciced not to have a dinner one one the ladiest was not polite. Beds are really uncomfortable. The rooms smells like drainage waste (maybe also from AC- which wasńt working in 2 of our 3 rooms). The heater weren’t working. They gave us portable heater which was super loud. The dooors to the bathroom weren’t easy to open, you have to open ot by force.

Position was very close to the lake Sevan

The bathroom was not clean at all, the wc was dirty, the shower had hair from previous guests and still empty bottles of shampoo in the shower, the bed was very old I guess since it was very uncomfortable, not clean as well. The room was ridiculously cold and they just gave us a heater that helped us warm up the room but outside of the room to go to the bathroom it was really really cold, even tho it was an apartment just for us. They didn't speak English so it was also hard to communicate.

Plz don't go to this stay because it's not safe. Also far from Sevan peninsula. No taxi available . Rude behavior. They asked extra payment for room. Also food is very high price . Not good

Really nice owner, one of the best breakfast I ever had, all homemade. Big free parking. Big rooms.

It is a simple place, but that is what I expected. My reservation was very last minute and the staff were waiting for us when we arrived! It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Location and quality of the facility

The rooms looked like the best accommodation possible in Sevan when we were looking. The room was basic, acceptable for one night’s stay. There’s also a restaurant, but we didn’t try it. Walked to the nearby brewery for a great dinner instead.

Reminder to get the water heater running once you check in. The owner asked us to plug in the water heater 3 minutes before a shower, we waited for over an hour and there was no hot water. Ended up taking a cold shower. Hot water was finally available the next morning when we had to check out. The towels and beddings were very rough.
