Nothing negative. As improvement a hair dryer could be provided to the (bath)room; some juices could offered for breakfast in addition of tea and coffee.

The receptionist was not helpful. We asked for directions to the Visitor information centre, she brought it up on Google maps and said it is only a five minute drive. We didn't have a car so we asked if there was a shortcut to get across the river. She said no, you follow the road, which made it a very long walk, over half an hour. We found out the next day that there are a couple of shortcuts; too late for us, we had already decided to leave the place.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were grateful to get an early check-in when we arrived. The manager kindly helped me to get the Yandex app started.

I didn't like the road to the hotel

Its quite a climb up to the hotel if you have any mobility issues

I enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable, more like a chalet. The hotel is above the town so the views are good, and the hotel is well designed on different levels. I had a couple of good meals in the restaurant. The staff were polite and helpful. You can take a nice walk to the hotel by going through the park and crossing the bridge of the river.

1. it was very difficult to find location of Hotel due to lack of direction signs. Navigation (google maps and yandex maps) application gave wrong instructions for route. we arrived around midnight, and we spent 20 minutes driving around to find the hotel. 2. power sockets are located in not useful location to charge the devices.

We went on a one day trip and stayed here for one night. During our stay we got acquainted with a lot of kind and patient people, both staff and other guests. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant was especially impressive and the food was tasty😋 Would definitely recommend this place for holiday!

Everything was good.

We enjoyed breakfast, was very tasty and had wide variety to select. Also enjoyed their restaurant balcony, sitting area and drinking tea there.

They were guests who were drinking in the midnight and making noise for the all weekend. When family (we also had a 6 months old kid with us) complained about that to the manager, she just answered that there is a note that guests shouldn't make noise and she can't do anything about that. Also she didn't behave professional and wasn't pleasant with the guests.

My family spent there a weekend. They liked the restaurant (food was delicious) and the staff was a good one. The view is really good.

It always feels like home The staff is super friendly, supportive - after check out we left our bags in the reception to travel around city and returned later to take it also 2 hours later I called them and they helped to order a taxi since my location was far from the city and there was no good internet to order a taxi. We always visit here at least 2-3 times a year, it’s my mum’s fave spot in Dilijan.

Bathroom: there is no edge for water in the shower area, so the floor in the bathroom is all in water, since the water drain is small and there is no slope. After the shower, you had to collect water with a rag to go into the bathroom.

Mountain air and silence. Location: 20 minutes walk to the center of Dilijan (the road to the roundabout, due to repairs at the moment) is inconvenient and dusty. Facilities: on the territory there is a barbecue area with everything you need for cooking (grill, skewers, coal, etc.), a large table with a view of the mountains. There is a shared kitchen for cooking on the stove and with a refrigerator. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner (additional service). Responsive staff.

It's on a hill, so in order to move around between reception, restaurant and cottages you need to hike between buildings through a big amount of stairs
