Stairs 🤭 but it was a good form of exercise. If you have lots of baggage like our group. Expect a little challenge if your room is in the top floor.

Everything was fine at the hotel. The food was delicious, varied, the room cleaning was perfect and staff was friendly. The view from the balcony was beautiful, there was also a beautiful garden where you could walk, read a book. Highly recommended.

The room was not ready when we arrived at the location despite we were late by couple of hours. No one was at reception any time. Table tennis bat was broken and no one to help us with local taxi to go to Rope way or zip line. Staff at reception with more information about attractions around would have made our stay memorable.

The staff (Anuj, hope I'm spelling her name correctly) made our stay special from the time we checked-in. She helped us by carrying our luggage to the 3rd floor apartment to taking care of us through breakfast time. She extended her help in ensuring our clothes are dried and even we got curd for dinner. She was one (super) women performed many tasks.

better to have Air conditioner in yhe rooms, it will help with local climate control. aswell I can’t understand why they chose glass doors for the rooms. Even though it's frosted glass, it's still strange chose.

It’s a nice hotel, a new building. Clean and tidy. The breakfast was wonderful, and the space is suitable for both groups and families. They regularly have discounts for bookings. The only downside is to pay attention to the heating season, otherwise you'll sleep dressed 😂

The TV doesn't provide options for watching international channels, it has only youtube on. Sometimes, it is difficult to find a person at the reception to help you.

It is the third time staying at this guest house - always happy. The location is great because it is a little far from the crowded part of the town and it provides nice local sceneries. We also like the super cleanliness of the rooms and of the bed linen.

The original offered room was in the highest floor and I have to carry my bag two floor and the stairs it really not easy ( I refused and they changed the room) Not all the room got fridge I had a free breakfast from booking , but they asked me to pay ( when they saw in my app they didn’t ask for the money)

Nice hotel with beautiful view, clean, warm and cozy, they serve delicious food, very accommodating and kind staff. Highly recommended. The hotel is 8 minutes by car to tsaghkadzor ski resort.

The shower in our room could be improved. There is no barrier between shower and the rest of the bathroom, so the water flows everywhere, when you turn it on.

I highly suggest hotel popock for your stay, if you want to have good value for your money. Breakfasts were delicious, room was quite spacious and staff was friendly.

clean and good room for reasonable price. Ski resort is pretty close, easier to take taxi, which is very cheap. Sauna is awesome place, boardgames and ping pong available everytime
