Everything was really great. Nice big room, many restaurants, 3 beaches.Staff is very friendly, they prepared breakfast packs because we left early morning.

The Hotel is on the beautiful lake shore. Great staff.

Dogs bark next door at night and there's no preasure in the shower whatsoever.

The location is great, the view on the lake and the rooms were perfect. The rooms were clean. A foot step away from the water of the Lake.

We only struggled with the restaurant, the staff were overwhelmed and not friendly. We eventually couldn't eat there since it was too busy. Too bad.

Amazing location next to the lake, very cosy atmosphere.

Zero attention to guests. Got checked in quickly with no information, got wifi password the day after. Upon checkin staff was nowhere to be found, which was stressful. Breakfast staff was hours late for breakfast. Quality of service is truly poor.

This was a gift for my In-laws. A short 5 day stay which they did cut short since the stay was way to frustrating and disappointing. The hotel is understaffed and whatever staff they had were quite rude. Cannot say a lot about the cleanness and property itself since I was not the one staying, but the feedback I got from in-laws is enough for me to never stay there myself.

Beautiful quiet place on the coastal area of the lake Sevan. Indeed worth coming back!

I liked this place when it used to be called Lavash hotel, but now I don’t know why it was not as good as it used to be before. The price for rooms are good more or less, but the restaurant quality is very low and not clean. It was not possible to have breakfast because of flies over the food. I would rate cleanliness very low.

The location and restaurant

The staff in the reception was trying to double our cost of staying.

It is close to the lake. But I was told that it was the reason why there were so many BIG spiders in the room. Free live national geographic exploration of spiders and their habitats The clean up ladies are helpful. She tried to help but effort was in vain.

Almost 10 big spiders in room and 5 others waiting for you to come back at the door… Opening the door to get into the room was like a sprinting race, competing with the spiders to see who got in the room first… The ten spiders in the room were either on the ceiling right above our beds or on the walls. While I understand that there should not be high expectations for the room given the low room rate, I do think the room should be reasonably insect-free. What I was trying to say is that 1-2 spiders are fine but here there are ten and many other insects like flies… The receptionist offers minimal help…

The location is very good-i wish we could stay more. The facility has a private beach, restaurant and stylish rooms. It was clean.

I chose the room without balcony and it was a mistake. Choose rooms with balcony so that you can hang your wet swim suits and have some privacy.

It was clear, cozy and peaceful. Also, the stuff is very friendly!

There is not a single thing we didn’t like in here.

The stay was very nice, nice room with fridge, kettle, tea and coffee. And it was close to the clean beach. The staff was nice.

I'd ask the hotel staff to pay attention to the breakfast which was plane. The buffet wasn't refreshed when the food had long time gone.

Good small beaches where you can swim, with lovely views. Boat trips are possible on a small boat. Cosy and cute cottages to stay in. Nice mix of couples, families, young and old.

Bathroom facilities were a bit cramped, no window. Some waiters in restaurant were really pleasant and friendly, however others didn't smile at all and didn't engage. Beds were slightly hard. Lack of juice at breakfast and, apart from one day, no water readily available to pour! Also breakfast was from 9 to 11 which was a bit late.

Very cool location, with the best staff and service. Clean environment and delicious breakfast. Everyone is friendly and smiling. It's definitely worth staying here, we will definitely visit again.

room was bice ,but it has some specific smell

when i booked it was showing 24k and on reception they charged 26k amd. difference is not big, but i dont like such surprises.

The staff was very nice and helpful. At 10:30 pm we decided that we are hungry lol and went to order some food, the kitchen was closed for the day. But they brought some bread and cheese for us :)

The location, the staff, cute rustic place

Beautiful location on the shore of the lake with emphasis on preservation of the natural environment. Super sweet and helpful staff. Excellent food. Clean and comfortable bedding.

Must come prepared for cooler evenings. Although taxis are a phone call away, I would like to have group transportation provided to local areas for shopping for necessities.
