Our stay at the hotel was excellent. We were traveling with our baby, and the hotel kindly provided a baby bed, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, and the entire hotel was spotless and well-maintained. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it.

Hotel is hardly reachable without car if you have bigger luggage. It is positioned up to the hill.

The hosts were super welcoming. Provided maximum support since we were traveling with kids. The view is awesome and the location is very close to Dilijan town by car. It's a well maintained establishment and the hosts gave us a special breakfast. Made us feel welcome.

It’s a bit away from the city center, but you can easily walk or take a cheap taxi.

Beautiful and cozy room with stunning mountain views! The bed was incredibly comfortable with a great mattress, plenty of pillows, and soft bed linen. The bathroom was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Breakfast was generous, with options to sit inside or on the lovely terrace or balcony. There’s also a large common room upstairs with comfy sofas, a huge TV, board games, and more. The staff were amazing — very helpful and even did laundry for us.

Really nothing. The location is uphill and a little away from the center, but cheap taxi can get you there with ease.

Almost everything. We booked the hotel very unexpectedly and urgently, as our apartment booking was cancelled on the spot due the owner’s non-professional attitude. We arrived 10 minutes after booking Aurelia and our room was already being cleaned up for us. We had all the facilities and stuff needed. The staff were helpful and nice. The breakfast was tasty and quite enough. The rest zone and the balconies were just amazing. Thank you!

A truly beautiful hotel located very close to the center of the village, with breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. The staff and owners were incredibly kind, always smiling, and ready to assist us and answer any questions without hesitation. The room was spotless, always warm and featured a comfortable bed. The breakfast was rich and delicious, exceeding all our expectations. Additionally, you can enjoy meals as they offer a menu you can order from! If we ever find ourselves in Armenia again, we will definitely revisit the beautiful Dilijan and of course Aurelia! I highly recommend it

The only thing bothering was probably the road to the hotel. It was a bit hard to reach with a low car, tho this is totally not the hotel's responsibility.

Perfect stay in Dilijan. Just make sure you find it. If the way the Waze guides you looks too "off road" then just try another way. The room is amazing and someone from reception waited for us even though it was 1:00 in the night.
