The hotel was very clean and cozy. The behavior of the hotel manager and Mr. Saber was exceptional. It’s a 15-minute walk to the U.S. Consulate, and there is a proper walking path.

This hotel (Avalon Hotel) is the best option for how want to stay near the US Embassy for their interview. Only 7-8 minutes walking there. Saber (Persian staff) was the person who helped us a lot. there! Clean room, good staff, great location and quiet place. Near restaurants, supermarkets, exchange, ... . I highly recommend it.

It was very clean ,close to US embassy close to lake also bus station, the receptionist was good , just for who people are light sleepers it was a little bit noisy during the night and it depends on the room too,because the hotel was so close to main street, and also for muslims the toilet didn't have handheld toilet bidet shower. The hotel is near city center, but you need to use taxi or bus station for 5-10 minutes to be in the center.

The hotel is actually a boutique hotel, but really nice. In the room was warm during the winter, clean and nice decorated. The staff from the reception is nice, polite and helpful. They allow me to make late check in. Everything was good there.

Overally the place was fine. Only small points which can easily be better .anaged. The shower valves had a small leakage which made the shower space a bit moisture. the water was going to drainage, but it would put a water trace all the time. the small carpet next to the bed could be cleaned more regularly. Some pillows the light brown ones with no sheet should be cleaned more regularly or they will need some sheets. The curtains could not cover a small part of the window which reduces the total privacy.

I recently stayed at Avalon Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. I didn't like that the hotel was only one ground floor and it's noisy outside.

I liked how easy to access the hotel, as the location is at the beginning of the city makes it easy to go everywhere, it's just 10 minutes to the city center. The staff is very helpful.

Unfortunately, part of the room was completely glass and since the hotel lights were on all night, it was never dark inside. You can't open the curtain because it looks directly outside. At the same time, the room is cold and people are talking all night long, all the sound is in the room.

Frankly speaking I didn't expect much from a small hotel next to the bus station. However, it turned out to be really good! The room is well furnished and beautifully designed. It was a pleasure staying there. A great option for its price!
