Mostly the noise in the room and dirty bathrooms, but I guess that's what you get for this price.

I think I liked the hostel's location the most. The overall vibes and atmosphere was okay, could've been cleaner and quieter though. The beds are not very comfy. Staff is okay, helpful mostly. They have a kitchen where you can cook and have tea or coffee for free.

Sometimes bad smell from boys room could be felt and was a bit annoying.

I had fascinating experience here. Staff were very friendly and polite and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

There are unfortunately only two bathrooms, each is a single room with toilet shower and sink (no cubicles). This means that often you are waiting to use the facilities. The bathrooms could definitely be cleaned better. They are poorly ventilated, with a significant amount of mold growing in the grout. The mattress on my bed was terrible, it was very very soft and you could feel the springs. Certainly needed replacing some time ago.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Common areas, dorms and kitchen all extremely clean. Dorm rooms well air-conditioned, include a socket and light for each bed, lockers for items and a curtain. Kitchen is large, ideal if you want to do a lot of cooking. Quiet environment in the hostel is great if you are looking to rest up and not party hard. It's located near the very heart of the city, convenient for sightseeing. Price is overall very reasonable for what's offered.

the rules were a bit pedantic, i came to my room around midnight, just took my phone charger from the locker and already someone told me i was being too loud and to stop immediately

Very nice location, right in the center of Yerevan. Everything was clean and the lockers were big enough to fit a big travel bag.

Drinking alcohol is explicitly prohibited on the premises. It is understandable. It is a bit difficult to find the place -- a sign at the door of the house would be helpful.

The staff is kind and helpful. I have seem them cleaning the place regularly. Bedsheets and towels are clean, Water from the tap is excellent like natural mineral water.

Even tough there was a designated hangout area, since it was connected to the reception, it often felt overtaken by the employee. Especially in the evening time when the employee would sleep on the couch and you couldn’t be there. Generally the workers there were super nice but they also did correct you often if you had your leg on the table or was being noisy in the evening or forgot to close the door to the kitchen. One time a worker actually yelled at my roommate for not whispering. My stay made me feel like a naughty child.

Half of the were beds nice and there were curtains. The guests and employees were nice. The kitchen was better than most hostels. The location was great. For the money it was fine.

The mattress was sagging with the hole in the middle. The bathroom was very dirty, there was a mold and dirt around bath, sink and closet.

The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful and provided quality customer service.

Top bunks are awfully uncomfortable because of the ceiling beam giving you hardly any room to move around.

In pre-arrival communication, I was told they'd allow me to check-in late (due to flight arrival time). However, no response on phone, booking message nor door buzzer, so I would have been stuck outside in the middle of the night if not for a very kind person at nearby hotel allowing me to wait in it's lobby. Not accounted for in overall score as hostel itself is very good. This would have been a favour but better to have said 'no' in the first place - please don't promise something you can't deliver!

Excellent location and value for money. With each bed there'sa a curtain shelf, socket, light and lockable drawer. Well equipped and clean kitchen
