Super location, very very friendly and hospitable staff (thx Diana + Lusine!!!) and a very well equipped room in a cozy small guesthouse. A good breakfast starts at 8am officially. If you need to leave earlier for a tour you can prepare your breakfast yourself earlier.

Neutral: you hear the metro a bit as the hostel is on the ground floor. But it did not bother me as it was not too loud or often at night and I slept well.

The Guest House is ideally located near the city's central square. We were most hospitably welcomed. Our room was comfortable and very cosy. Our host served a delicious breakfast.

Diana is really welcoming and friendly. She recommended me a couple of places to visit in Yerevan and offered me some delicious sweets and fruit. The breakfast was great too! The room is cozy and the location is very convenient - right in the city centre.

Lusine is an excellent host. She is very kind and friendly and helped me with everything I needed. The guesthouse is just behind Republic Square. Rooms are very spacious, clean and tidy. Breakfast is delicious: some food is homemade. I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone who is interested in exploring Armenian culture and interacting with such a nice local as Lusine

An absolutely gorgeous little guest house in a perfect location, very close to Republic Square. You can easily walk anywhere and everywhere you want to go in Yerevan. But still quiet at night. Beautiful rooms, spotlessly clean, lovely staff and owner, who are very helpful with anything you need. Delicious breakfast, served by the lovely Diana. I will return!!

Loved everything!!

My mom recently stayed at this hotel and couldn't be happier with her experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist her during the stay. The room was excellent: spacious, clean and comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and delightful stay.

People were very nice and friendly

The guest house is located next to Republic square, tastefully designed, rooms are spacious and clean, tea / coffee and snacks are available round the clock. Breakfast is included. Staff are very helpful and polite.

There wasn’t a thing I didn’t like. If you are over sensitive to noise, you can occasionally hear subway trains.

I have made a reservation for my mom. She really enjoyed the guest house and the owner. Everything was clean, food is delicious, hospitality is on a high level.

Staff is amazing, all three that I had the pleasure of meeting: the taxi driver, lady in charge of breakfast and cleaning and the host.

Location was fantastic, only 500m from Republic Square where all facilities are available. Room was big, very clean, comfortable and the bathroom as well. Breakfast, and diner were available Special thanks to Lusine, that she was exceptional with her kindness and knowledge about the facilities and local extractions

An excellent guest house with spacious and tastefully furnished rooms. The location is ideal, close to Republic Square but in a quiet neighbourhood. The host, Lusine, ably assisted by Diana, were friendly and helpful. A good breakfast was provided.
