The pillows could be more comfy.

The place is so relaxing. We loved it all :) The owner was so sweet and hospitable. She took care of us. We enjoyed sitting for hours in the garden - it reminded me of my childhood days. Upon checkout, she also offered us free apples picked from her trees, what a treat.

The beds could be slightly more comfortable and the shower tends to flood the bathrooms.

The owners are very nice and helpful. They served very good coffee and tee after we arrived. Perfect spot in a very nice and quiet setting.

This is an amazing family place located in Ijevan but totally separated from the noises and disturbing movements. If you are a fan of a silent rest comfort then you should choose this cozy place.

My recent stay at Guest House Ijevan's Garden was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A great experience. Gayane Hakobyan and her husband are wonderfully friendly hosts. We were there to go hiking from above the Haghartsin monastery and to explore Ijevan town. We loved staying here and would return in a heartbeat!

I have a car with a small road clearance, so for me was hard to go up (the house on the hill). But Felix, the host, asked the administrator of the gas station let me parking there, so I left the car down street.

I think they need to add a sign on the main road so that people know the place otherwise it will be a bit difficult to reach the property, but there was a guy waiting for us down the road and lead us to the guest house,, also I think the road that leads to the property needs some “ road working “so cars and vehicles can reach smoothly,,

Nothing! Everything is perfect for us.

This place is a stress free haven with the nature right in front of your eyes. My kids enjoyed the swing under the apple tree and the unlimited fruits from the garden. We enjoyed the local tea and coffee. Everything is fresh. We stayed for 4 days and we wished we can stay longer. My family don’t want to leave this place! The property and the owners are amazing! Gayanne is such a pure soul and always wears her genuine smile. The same goes to her family as well.
