We liked the guest house very much, the view at the mountains is beautiful, the host and other personnel very friendly and accommodating. The location is quiet, you can go for hikes in the vicinity, there are grocery shops you can get to on foot. They serve traditional Armenian food which was very good. All in all it was a very nice stay we will remember fondly.

It’s a bit “far” from the city center (1h walking) but Yandex taxis work perfectly, so not a problem.

The views were amazing, it was clean and tidy, and the host was nice and spoke very good English (something to value in Armenia)

A clean and cosy homestay in the hills above Dilijan, with beautiful views over the valley. We found Nelly the host to be friendly, helpful, and responsive to our requests. Nelly is an excellent cook and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and dinner that we had. The food was tasty, interesting, and excellent value. My husband has a dietary requirement and she happily prepared some options for him. We would stay here again :-)

The house is situated on the hill, which offers a stunning view of the sorrounding mountains. The area is quite, perfect for relaxing. The owner welcomed us with warm hospitality. The home made breakfast was delicious start for the day. Totally recommended.

Would be nice to have a bottle of water and perhaps some instant coffee or tea in the room. The rest was all very good.

Nelly was very patient with us, waiting on us until late, since we had a mishap with our rental car. She helped us a lot.

This guest house was perfect and in a beautiful setting in Dilijan, with roads to it not too bumpy. Nelly is exactly the kind of person you wish every host to be, incredibly kind, accommodating and also a great chef. We had both the dinner and the breakfast and they were both excellent. Would stay here again and would also recommend to solo women travellers (I was not but always like to note these safe places as a person who does travel alone often). merci Nelly!

A bit cold and dark in the room but there was a heater and it wasn’t long before she was closing for the winter.

Nelly has perfect English and really lovely to chat to. The dinner was very good.

Great apartment with private bathroom, kitchen and sitting area in the front. The owner is really nice and takes care of all of your needs. She also speaks good English. I would really recommend to get breakfast and dinner in the guesthouse as it is simply very very delicious - everything homemade by themselves. The location is very quiet - closest shop is 10-15min walk away. Get a taxi to go to the city centre.

The property has 3 levels, because it's located on the side of the mountain. Each level has a beautiful terras with a fantastic view. The lady of the house (Nelly) has made us delicious dinner during our 8 days stay. The house is located outside a city center but to get a taxi it's not a problem and it cost around €1-2.

It was a bit chilly in the room, which was actually nice, but it means that the floors are always cold, I would recommend taking socks or home slippers with you. There are electric heaters in rooms, that we used at night, but they are making quite loud noises than they are heating up or cooling down.

Everything was great. We travelled as a family with a car so we didn't have any problems reaching the place, we could park the car on the property's territory, which was very useful. The room was nice and clean with gorgeous view. We also ordered breakfasts, I could totally recommend it, we found it a little bit more expensive than average price in other guest houses but it was tasty, you can try Armenian products. We also got a dinner once, which was also tasty and homey. I also want to mention Nelly, the owner of the place. She was very nice and helpful, gave us tips on where we could go, she was very accommodating. Overall the guest house is really nice, would definitely stay there again.

Lovely place! Very nice and big rooms, very well equipied for any selfcooking and very quite place for a perfect sleep. Nelly is so kind, happy and peaceful that makes stay special. And finally the food is excellent and the terrace for breakfast (and also dinner) is just a perfect spot.

Everything was OK for us.

Very nice place with great terrace and mountain view. Our apartment was with two bedrooms, clean and large bathroom and good kitchen facilities. Highly recommend to have breakfast there which the host will prepare especially for you with local food and tea of local herbs!

Not the host, but town has rocky roads, so it is advised to keep only to main roads

Our hostess was amazing, we got offered breakfasts and dinner. Food is tasty, and alot of it. Also, we had Tolma masterclass, it was good too.

There isn't a lot of light inside. It is best to travel by car because it is located outside of the city centre. Apart from that, everything went well for me.

Very good communication with the owner, who is kind and speaks English really well. The flat is tidy and has everything you need. Everything matches the description. Aesthetically. It was really silent. Breakfast was great. I had no problems. I highly recommend this facility.
