The room facilities are quite old, though seeing the worker are upgrading public area these days, expecting they could upgrade rooms as well in the future.

Can imagine that it used to be a very good resort some years ago: with full sets of facilities, good location, dedicated canteen/lakeside bar, private port and lake shore beach. Have standard room and family villa type rooms as well. The staff are very welcoming and supportive, though English is not very popular here - totally understandable. The breakfast is quite good, enough choices for a countryside stylish. Having dedicated parking area, easy to drive to reach to the peninsula and Sevan downtown area.

The room was very narrow, and the bed was old. It was noisy to move while lying down and, in general, it was uncomfortable.

The exterior of the resort was so beautiful. It’s located on one of the most beautiful coastlines of Sevan Lake. I liked the pool; it was really nice. The staff were so friendly.

The resort was very close to the highway, which made it difficult to relax. And there were ants everywhere.

The prices were very high in cafe, our daily water they forgot to bring us. The room especially the floor and bathroom was not enough clean. You can get to the nearest Semoyi mot restaurant or Tsovagyux market to eat something much more cheap than in cafe belong to the hotel.

I like location is great, it is close to beach, the clean pool, handsome staff, especially Maria in reception was friendly and communicative. The hotel was very quiet and you can enjoy your rest.

It was advertised that the resort had a private beach, but it was unusable due to the unfinished installation of safety nets. The location has a very good night sky view for looking at the stars and milkey way galaxy, but the resort had some bright lights, which were disturbing. I asked the staff if we could turn off some of the lights for a small period of time so we could gaze upon the stars and even take photos, but they kindly declined due to their safety policy.

The staff were very helpful and responsive, and the outdoor pool was fun, and you had a great view of the lake on the deck. Breakfast was also good.

The weather was cold and there was no hot water to have a shower.

Beautiful spot just next to Sevan lake, beautiful view of the lake. Breakfast was so generous and delicious. Staff were polite.

First we stayed around standard small rooms fir two persons, but there were a smell from wc, reception kindly changed the room fir larger in cottage house without extra payment. Outside was cold and in the room also was very cold.

First small room we reserved had too much road noise and tv disconnection and plumbing problem they changed to one of their two bedrooms without any additional cost to us was great two bedrooms one queen an two single bed upstairs and a sofa bed and bathroom downstairs. But TV and refrigerator didn't work.

The breakfast area is small, and the manager there woke us up after 9 minutes and said that other people want to have breakfast, and I got very angry, but I didn't say anything and went out. But I regret that I didn't answer and didn't say that there are tables whose people came earlier than us and you have to tell them to leave the table first.

The reception people were very polite and whenever I visited, they stood up and then started talking. The waiters of the restaurant welcomed us politely, quietly and with a smile.

Absolutely separated from any civilization. If you need pharmacy, store, restaurant… everything - then you need to take a taxi, because it’s impossible to walk anywhere (private areas and a highway without a sidewalk). No choice of food for breakfast. Really bad breakfast for such a price for stay. Beautiful restaurant on the hotel territory but only with European cuisine (no traditional Armenian food except a couple variants of fish). No swimming pool heating (the lake is cold, and the wind/weather is often cold too, so the warm swimming pool would save the situation for guests). We asked before our stay if it would be possible to pay by card and received the absolute positive answer. In fact it wasn’t possible at all.. The staff explained that it’s a rather often situation with cards.. we had to travel to the city nearby to get the cash, it was stressful and inconvenient for us.

Beautiful location near the lake. Best variant to feel the unity with nature. Comfortable houses.

Rooms need renovation. Overall I did not feel like in BW. It was more like in a local home hotel in terms of service level.

Located at the shore of Sevan lake. View is very nice. Parking is free. Restaurant food was surprisingly good.

Throughout this 25-day trip, this hotel's rooms were considered the worst and not worth the price. And it's not worthy of the Best Western brand at all. The only good thing is the view next to the sea and the swimming pool. We arrived late and did not use the service. The rooms use motel-style furniture or roadside hotels. Hotel type without points There was no kettle, no air conditioner, no heater in the room. Medium breakfast Bread very hard But the female employees don't look welcoming to guests. Ask what kind of meat the sausage is made from. Best Western's swamp market should check the standards.

we us feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I would highly recommend Bohemian resort to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I can't wait to return!
