Everything was perfect. Stuff way great, room is perfect, clean, absolutly every possible recodamnation.

Unfortunately the place is a bit outside of the center and the area is unpleasant. Through that wonderful window we watched a never ending traffic jam. Also if you want to walk to the center, the way is quite unsightly - you have to pass through a building materials market. The room didn’t have the table and the chairs that are in the pictures, only the beds and the wardrobe.

The room is beautifully decorated, the staff were really helpful and friendly, the huge window in the room made it look spacious and light.

Overall the stay was really great. The hospitality of Ms. Elen was fantastic and I observed it is not only with us but all of the guest. She accommodates us really well from check in to check out. Most of the city tourist attractions were walkable from the hotel.

Surrounding of the hotel. The fact that some customers were smoking in the room so there was also smell in our room. Not sure if this was just them not respecting the rules of the hotel or it is something usual in the country.

Receptionists. Really nice approach. Friendly and helpful. Always smiling and willing to understand our needs. Jerevan is cute city. I felt safe the whole trip.

We really have a good time at this hotel everything that we need the staff/owner is there to help us. Location wise, Spacious and clean room, Good breakfast. they are very accomodating. We will definitely come back again here and recommend their hotel.

The hotel is located a short distance from the football stadium, just below the hill of the multicolored night television antenna, the structure is nice but the thing that struck me is the availability and dedication to work and the respect for the guests of its employees, practically at the disposal of the guest, I would like to point out Miss Helen and a gentleman whose name I don't remember who was waiting for me at 04.00 in the morning in front of the entrance door to welcome me. Thanks for everything, I hug you.
