-A bit difficult to sleep the first night though, some of the guests in the room didn't respect the silence schedule. Lucky us, the 2nd night we were alone in the room with the 4 capsules, so it was fine. -Toilets and showers could be cleaner, also the towels we rented are very small, not for shower, but for the face. -Sockets near the bed didn't work, so we had to charge them outside of the capsule.

Nevertheless, we enjoyed the experience! You always need to keep in mind that it is a hostel. 😊

I was expecting capsules to have glass doors as on photos, so I could have some privacy. But instead, there's just curtains, so you can't lock yourself in, and it feels more like a dorm room. And it's pretty noisy inside! They have earplugs for sale, but I think they should give them away for free in these conditions. I also didn't like that there weren't any CCTV cameras in the room. I had some important documents with me on this trip and I was a bit nervous. They provide private lockers to guests but without CCTV it seems not that secure either

Our stay was pretty good, but I had a few different expectations. I was hoping to experience my first capsule hotel with a futuristic interior. The Capsula hotel isn't exactly bad or good, but it's definitely different. There are common chill zones with cold drinks, an Xbox, Wi-Fi, and a cozy atmosphere. The rooms with capsules are dark and have some household items like drawers and irons.

Was bit of a squeeze in one of the two toilets, and my usb socket in pod didn’t work to charge phone.. but it’s reported so imagine that’ll be fixed soon

Nothing in particular. Don’t expect a Swiss hotel when traveling to a mid budget accommodation in Armenia. I didn’t and throughly enjoyed it. Again, everything was fine

Location, staff (tried their best in English, but in the end we both understood each other), very nice capsule with a proper charging station. Reasonably clean toilets and showers.

It was summer and the AC was not turned on, the capsule has ventilation but not AC, after the stay we commented it to the host and he told us that there was AC in the room we could have activated. Maybe that would have made things better, however there were no visible signs explaining that or indicating it in any way, so for short stays most people would miss it.

Location was good, the staff was good, and the capsule looked really nice. I liked the style

The breakfast was quite rudimentary but nothing awful, and the building is a bit hard to find - but that has nothing to do with the hostel itself, it's rather an Armenian issue overall, and I say this as a proud Armenian.

The staff was super kind, the facilities and quality were up to western standards at very good price, the location is quite strategic, the shower/toilet was in great condition and easy to use... Impressive!

Because everything is quite often, it can be noisy because of the other guests, who are not considerate towards the other guests. Maybe people should pay a little more attention to how they leave the amenities behind and all the noise that they are doing. The hotel staff cannot keep up with cleaning after every guest.

The Staff is super friendly and the location is great. I also like the capsule, very comfortable with 2 usb plugs, dimmed light and AC. Very good privacy as well. There are tables outside and there is a water dispenser, for both cold and hot water.

Excellent location and capsule itself (active ventilation especially). It's 200cm long, so I've put my 193cm body with great comfort. The staff is very supportive. Breakfast is small, but helpful and coffee included.

The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. There’s a common area where you can sit, talk, meet new people, and play PlayStation. They also allowed me to store my bags safely after checkout. The location was fairly convenient, though a bit tricky to find at first.

Great sleep, comfy and clean capsule. Storage, WiFi and lounge area available. Very nice host, possible to check in at night. The common space and bathrooms are would need airing or refreshing the smell.

The first two days there was not hot water and the stream on the last floor is really weak. The breakfast can be better.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are always ready to help 24/7. The location is good. Pretty close to the most popular places. It is very clean. Overall it’s a nice place to stay.
