Everything was great.

The rooms are exactly as pictured. Very comfortable beds. The staff was helpful and responsive. Very good breakfast. Clean rooms with air conditioning and a balcony. About 10 min walk into Dilijan. Conveniently located to call a taxi. The hotel is next to a stream, and you can eat your breakfast outside. We will definitely stay here again.

Pretty expensive for what it was. The location isn't great. Quite a long walk (15 minutes) to the center of town.

The place was lovely, very nicely decorated. The staff was kind and pleasant. Every request was answered. They helped us with everything we asked for. The food is excellent, the breakfast is excellent. It is recommended to eat dinner as well. The room is clean. The location is good. Thank you very much.

The Breakfast was not having many Vegan options. There was no elevator. There was no Jet spray in Washroom.

Our room was great, but I would suggest adding a bit more light for getting ready in the morning.

The people working there were great! They were very helpful and took very good care of us. The hotel has a great breakfast too. We also like the sound of the river flowing along the property boundary. We will stay here again!

Lovely staff, very clean and cozy hotel.. Looks like it is quite new, nice colours and style. We spent only one night but they really tried their best to comfort us. Nice and rich breakfast. Definitely recommend this hotel!

No one to help with Luggage and no lift/elevator but Esma and staff were too nice to complain about this :-).

Esma was very supportive with food requests considering we were vegetarians. It was sort of customised breakfast for us and the staff was really good. Khachapoori in the breakfast was too good and we requested for more next morning :-). Overall great expecrience.

There was a party place next to the hotel, right in front of our windows, and music was playing loudly at night.

Beautiful place, right on the river (although hotel can do more to help the river clean). Very pleasant and quite, nice breakfast. Very comfy and cozy rooms (although the walls between rooms are very thin).

It’s not about the property, which was excellent. It’s more about Dilijan itself. There is nothing much to do apart from jumping into a taxi and going to a lake and wonderful monasteries. But the hotel Is a must, all was really superb.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. We spent there one night only but memories will last forever. Beautiful building, a super cozy and clean room, breakfast was just amazing, much better than at an average hotel. Staff were super nice and helpful. And the best thing- small terraces right on the river. We enjoyed this place for lunch (also super good restaurant) and amazing coffee. All was great and we’d like to come back.
