The only thing I would change is the breakfasts, that's why I lowered the rating. Very small assortment, we lived for a week, everything was just the same every day, there was not enough salted fish, a larger assortment of sausages and cheese. This is the only remark, everything else is highly rated

We liked the location, close enough to the center, we walked to the Cascade. The staff at the hotel is very friendly, I especially want to note the friendly Karina, everything in the restaurant is very tasty (order from the menu). The rooms are spacious, bright, clean. We used the GG taxi service, I also recommend it.

Thank you Ani, Karina, Alex and others for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable The rooms are clean and comfortable ;beds and pillows make your stay unbelievably cozy! Robs, slippers, travel kits and all the necessary things are available in the room. No noise from other rooms! Spa is available! Breakfasts are great and diverse. Alex is always managing everything in the breakfast zone to go well and help out if needed. Karina and Ani on the reception are always here to help no matter which question you have. The location is great. Have no idea how you can complain if its 15-18 mns from the very center with a nice walk through the city and parks. Will come back again and recommend for sure!

is a little far from the center but it’s my fault not knowing before. but near the subway, maybe if it was more central would coast a bit more . the room you can’t control the temperature( at least in spring) but is like this everywhere in armenia

Wonderful Stay at Dave Hotel We had a fantastic stay at Dave Hotel in Yerevan! The three of us were really impressed by the warm and welcoming staff—they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The rooms were clean, modern, and cozy, with great attention to detail. The location was ideal—close to the city center but still peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was tasty with a nice variety, and the overall vibe of the hotel was stylish yet relaxed. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yerevan!

Great stay in Yerevan. Facilities and staff were great, location is good - many restaurants and bars were just a 20-minute walk away.

Some things were a bit old. The sauna was off in the morning, even though it was said it works from 10AM. The towels were very old with wholes in them.

Great location, great view, comfy beds. The breakfast was lovely, everyday new options, and vegetarian/vegan options as well.

The beds were too narrow. But great pillows. Some of the towels they provided were too old but spotlessly clean. The breakfast was OK. Not a lot of fresh options, and on some days, the freshly cut fruit and veg were too driled out and spotty.

The size of the room was comfortable, same with bathroom size. It was also very clean. The location was good, a little bit out of the center but close enough to go to and from on foot and also very easy by taxi. The staff were helpful and polite. They would help with taxis if needed as there was always someone at the reception. There is a super-market right next to the hotel for anything you might need, which is super convenient. All in all, I would say it was good value for money and I would recommend it.

We were disappointed with some of the hotel’s facilities. There was no gym, and no complimentary water inside the room, which are usually standard in similar hotels. The biggest letdown was the buffet breakfast. The selection was quite limited, with only four main courses and a few fruits. There was no coffee or hot chocolate available, only tea, which was surprising. The breakfast felt more like a 3-star hotel offering rather than what we expected.

We had a pleasant stay, mainly because of the excellent service from the staff. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to housekeeping. Our room was cleaned daily, and I commend the housekeeping team for their efforts. The breakfast staff was also kind and attentive, which we truly appreciated. Overall, while the service was excellent, improvements in facilities and breakfast options would make the stay much better.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel in Yerevan, Armenia. The hotel is super clean, offers a delicious breakfast, and is conveniently located near a metro station and the city center. The hotel staff is friendly, always smiling, and happy to answer your questions, just as you’d expect from the warm Armenian hospitality. The hotel also features a sauna and a heated pool where you can spend great moments. They even arranged my transfer from the hotel to the airport at a very good price. Thank you so much!

This time around, they stopped bringing 2 complementary water bottles every day, so that wasn't pleasant, I have gotten around to buying a 6 liter water jug from the nearby supermarket. Also, I wish they just prepared regular scrambled eggs, as more often than not, they mix in various vegetables into the eggs, to the point where it's not very edible. This stay was also marked by many small babies which (as babies tend to do) screamed and cried through the night, and the thin walls didn't help much.

Dave has a great little Sauna and Pool, that I got to use over the weekend. The location suits me just fine, as it's within walking distance of everything I need and the staff is kind and helpful.

The breakfast was plentiful, however a few things could have been better. Coffee machine was advanced but milk froth feature did not work. There was no way to make a latte or just pour warm milk. The choice of hot dishes was limited to heavy meals while simple oatmeal was not available. Overall, the breakfast was not suited for people who want light meal at the start of the day.

The location is quiet, which is what we were looking for. However, lack of restaurants within a walking distance is a slight problem. Guests are dependent on taxi service, which is not easily available everywhere at the night time.
