Location is nice near a beautiful garden also hotel staff reception r friendly and much helpful, restaurant is so neat with delicious food and much helpful by the lady working there ..

Every thing was OK

We liked the location, close enough to the center, we walked to the Cascade. The staff at the hotel is very friendly, I especially want to note the friendly Karina, everything in the restaurant is very tasty (order from the menu). The rooms are spacious, bright, clean. We used the GG taxi service, I also recommend it.

The only thing I would change is the breakfasts, that's why I lowered the rating. Very small assortment, we lived for a week, everything was just the same every day, there was not enough salted fish, a larger assortment of sausages and cheese. This is the only remark, everything else is highly rated

The service of the staff in particular day front office Ms.Ani and her team were very good ! Good breakfast and service as well at the restaurant and bar !

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and relaxing. The carbonara at the restaurant is so delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting Armenia.

Only one lift and also the location is bit far from city center (not commutable by walk)

Thank you Ani, Karina, Alex and others for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable The rooms are clean and comfortable ;beds and pillows make your stay unbelievably cozy! Robs, slippers, travel kits and all the necessary things are available in the room. No noise from other rooms! Spa is available! Breakfasts are great and diverse. Alex is always managing everything in the breakfast zone to go well and help out if needed. Karina and Ani on the reception are always here to help no matter which question you have. The location is great. Have no idea how you can complain if its 15-18 mns from the very center with a nice walk through the city and parks. Will come back again and recommend for sure!

was good no bad surprises, we asked for a room in the back and we had it. was silent with the windows closed, have rooms in the front may have more street noise.

is a little far from the center but it’s my fault not knowing before. but near the subway, maybe if it was more central would coast a bit more . the room you can’t control the temperature( at least in spring) but is like this everywhere in armenia

Wonderful Stay at Dave Hotel We had a fantastic stay at Dave Hotel in Yerevan! The three of us were really impressed by the warm and welcoming staff—they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The rooms were clean, modern, and cozy, with great attention to detail. The location was ideal—close to the city center but still peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was tasty with a nice variety, and the overall vibe of the hotel was stylish yet relaxed. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yerevan!

Great stay in Yerevan. Facilities and staff were great, location is good - many restaurants and bars were just a 20-minute walk away.
