    The resort is an excellent place for comfortable stay. Facilities are very fresh, design of the room and hotel is perfect, staff is very pleasant and professional, and the pool just makes it all perfect. Food is also very good and diverse. Right next to hotel is Dilijan forest reserve, where you can walk and enjoy nature.

    I thought for a long time whether I should write you a review or not. In the end, I decided that perhaps my feedback might help you: You position yourselves as an eco-hotel where one can enjoy silence… But how does that fit with the monotonous music playing from 9 a.m. until 11 p.m. from speakers fixed on the building? Honestly, it doesn’t at all… You cannot sit or sleep in peace, except in the early morning! Why do you turn it on? Play it at the bar when there are guests there… Believe me, no one else needs it. Not everyone can handle the mountain sun—people have different skin and different health. Yet by the pool there are no umbrellas, no shade structures—just as there are none anywhere on the entire property. How can one enjoy nature then? From the hotel room window? At the outdoor restaurant, the wall looks like it was built by a giant—there is no other explanation for why this concrete blocks the view of the gorge. While eating, you sit facing a concrete wall instead of the scenery. Cleanliness: you present yourselves as a high-class hotel with panoramic views, but the windows are dirty… And this isn’t Yerevan, where they need to be washed every week. A similar story with the glass at the pool—it’s just dirty. The pool area is almost never cleaned, and if it is, it’s done while guests are already on the loungers. Can’t it be cleaned in the evening or during breakfast time? The pool is small, not like in the video, and the only heated part is the jacuzzi tub… Children and supervision: in a family hotel for kids there is… one small closed-off room with shuttered windows and no animators. At the very least, this is strange. In fact, there is nothing for children at all—not even a kids’ menu. At the pool bar, in four days I saw waiters working only once. All other times, I had to go to the restaurant myself to get drinks… Service overall: you have no service—none at all.

    The breakfast was very poor for the price. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this was by far the worst when it comes to food quality and variety. Much of the staff seemed to be teenagers under 18, and many of them didn’t appear to take their job seriously. For example, the girl at the reception on the -1 floor was more focused on flirting with male staff than helping guests. She even became irritated when asked for assistance. It really shows there’s a big gap in staff training and professionalism. Unfortunately, the level of service doesn’t match the price. I’ve decided not to return, as this kind of experience is not what I expect from a hotel in this price range.

    The only positive was the renovation — the hotel itself looks modern and well-maintained.
