While staff is nice, the level of English is quite low which makes it difficult to communicate sometimes (except with reception).

The hotel feels new yet really charming and cozy. You can eat at the restaurant or at the pool and the quality of food is good (service all day). You are not too far from the village and close to some hikes as well which gives it a good location. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Music at the pool was perfect ! Many animals in the surrounding neighborhood which made it really entertaining for my toddler. The hotel answered our main purpose: clean, modern, cool location in the mountains for a relaxing stay.

There was no air conditioning in the room. I bought local wine in winery in the way to the hotel and would like to drink it near swimming pool, but bartender told me that I can’t drink beverages that I bought off-site, it was quite unwelcoming (

This place is gorgeous. We shared one of the "cottages", which is actually a modern and very comfortable two story, three bedroom apartment. It overlooks a small garden, which leads up to the pool area. This is great to, it's heated, has a bar and magnificent views.

Bar/restaurant paid separately. Why? Evening service needs to be improved. Dishes off and missed. Whilst it appears the norm in Armenia, why only one tea bag per person per day. Seems a little parsimonious.

- The room absolutely lacked sound isolation. There is a large gap underneath the entrance door, which lets in a lot of noise and cold air. There are also some tables and chairs set up right outside the door and meant for common use of many guests, so there were people sitting there right outside our door until late hours of the night and their conversations could be heard loudly inside the room because of a lack of sound isolation. - There is no "do not disturb" sign in the rooms, so housekeeping constantly tried to come in and was pretty rude too. - No room service. You can technically order food from the restaurant underneath the hotel, but no menu or information is present in the room. - Really bad coffee machine at breakfast resulting in long waiting times for coffee and in general bad coffee. Overall, despite the beautiful exteriors and interiors, the experience did not fully live up to my expectations, especially considering the price.

The hotel is very tastefully designed, has beautiful architecture which blends traditional elements with a modern design. The location is very serene, with impressive views of the surrounding mountains. Meticulously maintained private gardens and landscaping. Rooms are well-equiped, bedding in comfortable.

It was a perfect hotel, which is very rare. The only issue was the coffee machine in the breakfast place - it was very slow and not functioning properly.

The restaurant... was pretty bad. Breakfast was OK, but eating there for lunch or dinner is not something I do recently. For some reason the menu is over priced and under-delivered. Had an undercooked pork chop, the staff just looked an my, shrug their shoulders and walked away.

Selecting the room type is a bit complex at first. The small/basic rooms are pretty small and uncomfortable. The rest of the rooms are awesome. Very clean and well made and managed property.
