Please note that we take pride in the cleanliness of our guesthouse, as evidenced by the feedback from the hundreds of guests, both written and verbal. Cleanliness is of paramount importance to us, and we take pride in maintaining high standards. We regret that the room did not meet your satisfaction, but without specific examples of the issues you encountered, it is challenging for us to understand what was wrong, if anything at all. Regarding the comfort of the beds, we understand that preferences for mattress firmness can vary among guests. We use standard mattresses, which are described in the room amenities and available for your review before booking. Nevertheless, we will review the condition of the beds in the room you stayed in to ensure they meet our usual standards. We also noticed that you checked out approximately an hour late, but we did not raise this issue with you out of courtesy. We aim to accommodate our guests' needs whenever possible, and we hope this flexibility demonstrates our hospitality. We value all feedback, but it is important to provide specific and constructive comments for us to address any issues effectively. We hope you understand that detailed feedback is crucial for us to improve our services; otherwise, it may be perceived as abusing your freedom to leave comments and making it difficult for us to address them. It's wonderful to know that you appreciated our rooms' cleanliness, recent renovations, and the excellent location and views from the balcony. We appreciate your feedback regarding the lack of entertainment for kids and additional services such as a pool or sauna. We'd like to clarify that the pool is available for our guests. Typically, the pool opens in mid-May; however, this year, the opening has been postponed due to heavy rain and poor weather conditions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As for the kids' entertainment, we're excited to share that we are considering creating a separate area for kids in the house's backyard sometime soon. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Our main hosts were absent due to a family emergency, and while our replacement staff tried their best, we understand there were some challenges. We want to clarify that each room has its own heating controls, which are not centrally controlled. Instructions on adjusting the temperature in your room were provided, and we apologize if this was unclear. In addition, the AC heating option was also shown to you in case you needed it. Regarding the kitchen facilities, our rooms come with common kitchens—one on each floor. We will double-check the room descriptions on Booking.com to ensure accuracy. We understand the parking situation. Our town is mountainous, and as is characteristic of such areas, homes are on streets that serve as parking spaces. Please note that the area is monitored by security cameras for added safety, and the police department is 100 meters away, making it the safest area in town. While the pool was reasonably unavailable during your stay due to heavy rains and cold weather, we strive to make it available as much as possible. We would like to note that although our main hosts were absent due to a family emergency, the replacement employee was available to assist.
