We spent one night at this guesthouse during our journey through Armenia, and the highlight was definitely the kindness and helpfulness of the person who welcomed us. He took great care of us and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. We also appreciated the chance to spend time outdoors in the fresh evening air while catching up on some work on our laptops — a peaceful and comfortable setting that made it all the more enjoyable. The guy who works there has his bed in front of the entrance of the room, and it feels a little uncomfortable. There is not much privacy

Very close to the airport, nice staff, free parking. There is a very playful dog in the structure, I don't know if it's the dog of the owner, but I didn't mind it. It was very cute

It was amazing experience

I have stayed there for just few hours waiting for my flight . Tigan and his family were so generous. Even though it was just 3-4 hours stay , I got invited for a dinner , an Armenian home made dishes with coffee afterwards. It seemed like I was with family I’ve known for so many years . The room was great , bathroom was clean . The house in a quiet neighborhood. After all , I made new friends in Armenia , such an amazing country and warm people . After visiting more than 90 counties , Armenia is one of the top 10 in my list . Thanks for making my experience so exceptional.

The window had no blinds so it was very bright in the room due to the lights in the yard. Google maps does not find the address, but yandex maps application found it with no problems.

Very nice english speaking host. He is very responsive to all messages, so communication about check in and check out was very easy. Location is 15 min by car from the airport - perfect if you have rent a car. You have a private room, but you share a bathroom and kitchen. It is possible to park a car outside apartment.

Airport Taxi drivers . Got charged tourist prices 58 euro . Taxi drivers go spinning around in circles hoping you wont notice then they bring you to where you acually want to go to . Some taxi drivers dont deserve a license and drive dangerous.

Felt like my family from my first step in the door. Host got up at 5 am to Welcome me. Made sure i was settled in then he went to sleep. Everything like in photos . Host can also pick you up at the airport at a fair price as the taxi drivers in airport overcharge tourists like x 10 ---x 30. Cant Praise the host enough. House is quite, Big . Smoking area at the back so house does not smell bad. . Fast internet, Wifi info always close to you . Big shower. You are welcomed to cook or get a takeaway.close to a few shops . One is 24/7 i think. About 10 --15 minuts drive form Republic square. Depends on traffic. I wish i could of stayed longer as i honestly did not want to leave. I will be returning next time i visit .

There is nothing I didn't like, it was perfect for my stay to just sleep before traveling onward.

The location is… well, technically its really close to the airport, yes. But due to the way road goes, you still end up driving around (and around) for a while to reach anything of importance. The neighbourhood is also not exactly Beverly Hills.

The host was incredibly helpful and friendly. You have to experience it for yourself to belive it. Everything was clean and tidy, almost everything you may need is available and if something is missing, you will most certainly get info where to find it!

The owner of the Friend's House is a very nice person. Fed, watered, and put to bed. I slept well. He also helped me with the transfer from/to the airport. Everything was great. I recommend

It is a rather old house and the place seems to be still under construction :) it does fit for short term stay, but not for a long period.

Welcoming owner (Tigran, thank you once again!), welcome tea, big smiles :) none disturbs you with a sound even if you sleep all day long. Airport transfer for a reasonable price 24/7 (I guess). Free wi-fi.

It's a room with shared toilet with lots of people for this price I can easily get a room in the center. People talk outside rooms Very dark area at night

There is a shared bathroom and no air conditioning inside the room. The floor was dirty under the beds and the table. The door lock doesn’t work properly.
