This is a beautiful hotel, the photos do not do it justice. A short walk into town and you're close to restaurants and shops. The team is so helpful. They even have a few little handmade crafts available for sale!its really a delightful little gem of a place, highly recommend. And breakfast was amazing!

We initially booked this property as an anniversary surprise for my parents. The property owners were extremely nice to leave a note and flowers for my parents. The design of the property is amazing, every little detail. But most of all my parents appreciated the interaction with property managers/owners who were absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. Right on a highway, though you don’t hear it. There is a grown over trail connecting to the center, would be nice to clean that up and tell guests about it.

Nothing!

Staying at Durr 32 is a treat not to be missed! The decor and atmosphere are lovely, the owners and staff are attentive and kind, and the rooms and common areas are very comfortable. The hotel is on the main road into Dilijan; the guestrooms are in the back of the building and cascade down the hill toward the river, so it is peaceful. Breakfast is delicious and has many options. Hot water is hot and plentiful. There is heat in the rooms for chilly nights. Location is ideal.

We had a perfect stay in this place made with love and care, you can feel it in details. It’s a very beautiful house with a library, kitchen, workshop place - such a creative and relaxing atmosphere here! The place is decorated with stylish antique furniture, everything in a perfect condition and very comfortable. You can catch the sun at the terrace and hear the water stream and birds singing. You can find everything in the room, the teapot was clean and new, sheets and towels are clean, the heating and the hot water in the winter were just perfectly functioning. Nice breakfast, especially pancakes with local rejan and different jams. The hosts are so hospitable and responsive, and their story of making this place is very inspiring. We had a good rest. Highly recommendable, especially for creative people!

Absolutely nothing!

There is positive and well-coming energy as soon as you settle in the guest house, coming from the people managing and working there, the artistic and fine touch of the internal design, comfort, the nature surrounding the premise. We felt at home in every aspect. I will surely return for short or long stay there. Managers went extra mile to provide orientation and support for activities in Dilijan and outside. A humble advice to spent some time and look at the hand-crafted pieces of work exposed at the reception area and listen to the stories behind. Well done to all who established this place!

The only downside were the squirrels in the roof which apparently come during fall, i tried using squirrel repellent sounds, everything from the ones i found online to the sounds of their predators but they all failed.

Wonderful property and facilities, the breakfast was exceptional and the staff made sure to be extremely Helpfull. Very kind people, the location was close to everything and the view from the room was very Nice

Honestly, the only thing we didn't like was the the double beds have individual duvets for each person, rather than one duvet to be shared between the couple. But that's minor. Everything else is great.

This is a dreamy little B&B right in the heart of Dilijan. The couple that have restored the building have obviously put so much love into the design and decor. The breakfasts are great and you can't get more convenient in Dilijan. It's an easy 3-minute walk to the lake in the center of town.

Our stay at Durr 32 was wonderful. The owners have a real flair for design and attention to detail. We enjoyed being able to relax in the bright communal lounge or outside on the hammock. The breakfast was exceptional. The property is within walking distance of some great restaurants and beautiful hiking trails.

The communal area is right outside the bedrooms. We had other guests stay up quite late and we could hear them very well. But once we pointed this out they retreated to their rooms.
