Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

BelgiumSmall guest house run by a lovely family. Very nice breakfast every day with fresh fruit from their garden. Room was clean with a nice bathroom and good air con and wifi. A short walk from shops and the Yerevan metro. We loved our stay here and felt very comfortable!

United StatesWe absolutely loved staying with David and his family. Their garden is absolutely gorgeous and the breakfast was very good. As native speakers we had no issue with communication in English, and I believe communicating in Russian would be even easier. David was also able to help us set up bookings and gave excellent recommendations for where to visit and what to do on our stay in Yerevan. We absolutely loved our stay here, and I would recommend it to anyone!

PhilippinesThe location is a little far from the center. The nearest metro station is a 10-15 minute walk and 3-4 stations away from the city center. Although it may be a fairly easy walk, and the house is easy to find from the metro station. There is a SAS market near the metro station and Carrefour is another 10-15 minute walk from there.
The owner/ caretaker are very hospitable hosts. They served very tasty breakfast. Although the caretaker do not speak much eglish, he is trying to communicate with us, making sure we are comfortable and satisfied during out stay.

HungaryThe room I stayed was very comfortable and clean. The hosts are friendly people, the breakfast was every morning something different, which I liked a lot. I loved the garden, peaceful and quiet - especially after a busy day spent with sightseeing in Yerevan. The metro station is around 10-15 min by foot, but taxi is cheap (used Yandex app) - so getting around in the city is no problem. On the way to the metro there are some small market stands with fruits and vegetables, way cheaper than in the central market hall. Supermarkets are also nearby. Highly recommended.

GeorgiaIf you visit Yerevan, then I highly recommend staying at Nut. Because besides the fact that you will live in a calm and clean area and wake up to the singing of birds. The hosts are also very friendly and super polite. And the breakfasts... my God, I have never eaten such breakfasts anywhere else. And they are different every time. David asks every day what you will eat in the morning, and his mother always cooks amazingly. In general, if you want to relax in a family and nice environment, book without hesitation. 11 out of 10.

GermanyA couple of times the city-power was cut of, but that may have been due to the biggest thunderstorm and rain (in two years)
New, small but very comfy and clean rooms. Run by David, a friendly young man, with his parents. They live next door and the small garden in the back with a small verandah serves as relaxing breakfast place. - Breakfast was delicious and rich, with fruit and home-baked cake to top the excellent omelettes, sandwich etc. - The AC and shower worked very well. The joint-kitchenette had all the basics. The TV has a device to also help you access YouTube. - A few minute walking distance to the last of the Metro stations in the north-west of Yerevan. Easy to get downtown. - A quiet neighborhood.

ItalyWe have been greeted and treated as members of the family! The location is a short walk to metro which quickly brings you to the centre, the room had a patio in the marvelous green garden (you forget you are in the capital city!), where every morning we were served excellent home made breakfast - super tasty! And on top we had a great chance to have dinner together in the garden - the exceptional barbecue was cooked by the father of Davit - this will stay as one of the most memorable moments in Armenia. Thank you for everything!

PolandMaybe internet could be working better - it was not getting to the room all the time. But a minor thing if you dont want to work.
Great location - not in the city center but near to metro station, so you can enjoy peace and quiet. The host is a very polite and kind person, and he replied fast. I was even able to check-in earlier than official schedule. Breakfast was also very good, always served on the agreed time. Bed was really comfortable. Everything was clean.

PolandBreakfasts were great, we really liked scrambled eggs with tomatoes. We always had choice, what we would want to eat for breakfast, which can be a big advantage for picky people. The cakes are also very tasty. The host was lovely and very helpful. He offered us trip to Garni and Geghard, I definitely recommend it because they aren't far from the city and they are worth seeing, especially "Symphony of the Stones" at Garni. The room was clean and the towels were changed. Localization is good although a bit far from the city. However, it can been seen as plus because neighborhood was quiet, which is often a problem at hotels located in city center. Best regards from Poland and Russia!

BulgariaThe place is very nice, cosy and clean and has all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious. The beds are very comfortable. There is a very nice yard where one could have breakfast or drink some beer. The homemade breakfast is delicious. The hosts are very kind and always ready to help. There is a boulevard nearby where you can find all sorts of shops and nice restaurants. The metro station is also within a walking distance. In general, it's a great place to stay in Yerevan and I strongly recommend it.
