Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations. But as a friendly note for future guests: the hotel is located on a hill slightly away from the town center, so having a car is quite helpful when going up and down. However, for me, this wasn’t a negative at all — in fact, it was the perfect choice for a peaceful, relaxing getaway, which was exactly what I was looking for. Also, one of the best things about the location is that it’s just a short walk from the Tsaghkadzor ropeway (cable car), which made it even more special.

Everything! The location of Hotel 88 in Tsaghkadzor is truly amazing — peaceful, scenic, and close to everything. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the view from our window was simply beautiful. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The hotel facilities are top-notch. The indoor swimming pool is absolutely world-class, and the sauna area was a great place to relax. My family had a great time in the kids’ playroom and the awesome game zone equipped with PlayStation 5 and stylish billiard tables — a fantastic touch that made our stay extra enjoyable. The breakfast was another highlight — a wonderful selection of delicious and fresh items every morning. Honestly, I loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tsaghkadzor.

Everything is normal, I would only recommend being a little more attentive to the availability of room care products, and I think a 5-star hotel should at least have a coffee maker.

Exceeded our expectations: luxurious hotel for a very reasonable price. There is a ski trail directly from the hotel to ropelines, but it is only for experienced people (the trail is actually of black, not blue type). We really enjoyed swimming pool, saunas and live music in the evenings. The only minor drawback is that the meat and the fish we ordered in the restaurant were overcooked.

One english speaker by shift is requested, I reported an important water leak in the bathroom and the room service brought me 2 bottles of water thinking that I ordered water.

The hotel is perfectly located for the ski addicts! The swimming pool and the spa are here for a quick recovery 😁 The rooms are quite big and the beds very comfortable.

The hotel was nice, with a great atmosphere, and we had a wonderful time. However, the language barrier caused some delays in service. I encountered a few issues in my room, which took a couple of days to be resolved, likely due to communication challenges. Overall, a pleasant stay despite this inconvenience.

It has access to the ski slope, but only one slope and it’s a black one, so couldn’t use it with my kids, requiring us to take a taxi to the ski lift. Breakfast is a bit limited.
