It was very comfortable, quiet, had delicious food, and the hosts were amazing! They were so kind, they invited me to a birthday party while I was there, I will come again!

Distans to Yerewan city center is about 25 km but the price of taxi is very cheap, about 4-5 Euro/dollars.

Great host, treats guests like family, always helps, advises, gives a lift, translates and advises. His wife makes a great breakfast and his father is a master chief of Barbecue, he taught us how to make traditional Sish kebab and told a lot of great stories. The reason why I write this is because all of that makes you feel safe from the beginning in such a country as Armenia and i think it's the biggest advantage for this choice of hotel.

Undoubtedly, this place is one of the most exceptional I've ever been. The family was incredibly friendly and hospitable, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They served us delectable dinners, wine, and beer. The entire place was clean and well-maintained, and all the necessary facilities to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We cannot thank them enough for their generosity and the unforgettable experience.

Still there isn't asphalt road, because of municipality.

On that place I meet excellent people. The owners are yang family, motivated to start it's own business. The location works from just few months and still doesn't exist on the maps. The breakfast was very good, prepared just before seating. But the most impressive was dinner. Using WhatsApp we choose fish, BBQ, grilled vegetables and lavash. Be careful - portions are very big and delicious, but it was impossible to eat everything. BBQ was prepared just at chosen from us time. The living room is suitable to spent few hours enjoying of dinner and relaxing. The owners still works hard over outdoor heated swimming pool with jacuzzi and bar. Whish them success!

stay at this place was absolutely amazing! From the moment i arrived, felt like part of the family. The guesthouse is run by the wonderful Sarkis, Susan, and their lovely parents, who go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience. Sarkis provides 24/7 transfers from the airport and city center with his car, making transportation effortless. At first glance, the location might seem a bit far, but within a few hours, you realize that everything you need is easily accessible. The home-cooked meals by Susan and her mother were simply delicious, adding a special touch to our stay. The warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made this experience unforgettable. If you're visiting the area, don’t hesitate to stay here – you won’t regret it

What’s there not to like?

it’s superfriendly, it’s quiet, it’s warm and welcoming, it’s your home away from home. They can’t stop offering food and tea😂. Susan and Sarkis are lovely, adorable, they make you feel at home. Breakfast is incredible, they will assist you with anything. -02/2025 they are creating a beautiful pool area with nice quiet rooms, a bbq and a bar area. They are goodhearted so it s a pleasure and a privilege to stay here. Came for one night and stayed 12 :-)

This accommodation located in the suburbs of Echimiyajin. The bedrooms and bathrooms are  level of a 4-star hotel. The owner will always drive you to the city's attractions or the airport for free and pick you up. Not only breakfast, but the owner's family will also invite you to dinner if you stay room at the time. The lady is a great cooker. The young couple is very attentive to their guests.

The hospitality of the host (Sarkis) is at another level. We stayed in the room for a quick shower and rest few hours on the way from the ski resort to the airport (we had late evening flights). Sarkis and his family prepared dinner for us. Not just a snack, a proper dinner! Plates did not stop coming to the table, all freshly cooked by Sarkis' father, a professional chef. Best meal we had in Armenia! The house is brand new, 20 minutes by car from.the airport.

Nothing. I absolutely love everything.

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse! The home is cozy, the bedroom is very comfortable, and everything is exceptionally clean. It’s located in a peaceful and quiet area, and what you see in the photos is exactly what you get, which is always reassuring. The location is excellent , very close to the airport, and the hosts provide free transfers, which was incredibly convenient. They are warm, accommodating, and truly lovely people. Communication is effortless as they speak Armenian, Russian, English, and Arabic, making it welcoming for guests from all over the world. The breakfast was a delightful experience, especially the homemade jam it was absolutely delicious! The entire stay felt more like visiting family than just being a guest. If you’re looking for a place that combines cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional hospitality, this is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it and would love to stay here again! Thanks a lot! 🥰
