An Armenian breakfast to die for! You have to try it! The place was great, clean and comfortable and the host Sahak was super friendly and welcoming, it was super easy to understand each other with Google translate! They also had cute kitties! Totally recommended!

The owner went out of his way to help. Bowls of cherries and apricots as well. Doesn't speak any English but very handy on the phone-translations.

The moment we came to our location, the host welcomed us into this property by opening the door. Even though he couldn’t speak English, he made every effort to help me understand about the accommodation and made sure we’re comfortable with the toddler using Google translator. We were offered fresh cherries from the trees on his garden. The apartment on the ground floor is very neat and clean. It had every basic amenities one may need. Right outside there is a big space where one can just chill in the evening, which is what we did. And our toddler enjoyed it. The owners were kind enough. The brought some toys for the kid and were trying to entertain him along with their own grandkids. We had a good sleep throughout the night. The next day, we ate some delicious breakfast made by owners wife very early morning (again, appreciate their efforts). Highly recommend to get one for yourself. Overall, we had an excellent stay here and definitely recommend for family or couples to come down to stay here. Very kind and humble people. We will definitely come back.

    Everything was perfect

The impression we got staying at Eleven was that we weren’t simply customers - we were honoured guests, and the hosts weren’t simply polite they were actually caring. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, well furbished (they even thought to equip it with a large shoe horn, which you almost never see). Oh, and nothing beats eating breakfast in the yard.

We were welcomed by Sahak and Jasmine, the best example we found of Armenian hospitality. They don't speak English (they know Armenian and Russian), but Sahak is an expert using Google Translator, and we understood each other fine. Sahak has been extremely helpful advising places to visit, booking taxis and making sure we had everything we needed. Jasmine is a wonderful chef: you must try her breakfast!! We liked it so much we asked for a recipe. She also let us use her washing machine: this was greatly appreciated! The room is exactly as shown on the photos. We had our own private access at ground floor (the hosts live on the first floor). The door opens to a small hallway: the bedroom is on the left, private bathroom on the right (all 3 areas of our exclusive use). The room has air conditioning, although we used it only for 15 minutes: the room stays cool, although it was 35 degrees outside. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. It's very easy to move around: a taxi in town costs 500 AMD (roughly 1.25 € in August 2024). 1,000 AMD to the restaurants around Yeghegnadzor.

I prefer showers that have a low wall to separate it from the rest of the bathroom (personal preference). However, the shower curtains cover both open sides completely, and they reach the floor, so the water remains inside the shower area.
