Given that the hotel is quite old, I was positively surprised at the comfort of the room. I also liked the location - close to everything but hidden in a side street, protected from the noise.

Best location and good price! Just across the street its Vernissage Market. And near to other spots like republic square, Luna Park, Rossia Mall and Northern Avenue. The staffs were really accomodating too.

The buffet breakfast was good, but the choices were limited.

The location is excellent, maybe the best in Yerevan. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The room was very comfortable and well tempered. It was a great experience.

Perfect location less than 5 min to Republica square everything like sightseeing is super close museums, galleries , opera ........ The ladies of the reception desks are nice and kind . So strongly recommend this hotel

The location of the hotel is excellent: close to all the major spots of interests and the heart of the Yerevan, yet at the same time it provides a quiet and comfortable nest for guests, especially city-walkers. The breakfast is rich and tasteful, even a little beyond our expectation. Every morning we look forward to it. The reception is professional, friendly and helpful, and smiles at guests all the time. This morning when after we checked out, the lady (the manager or head of the reception?) even asked us whether we had had breakfast and offered to call a taxi for us (in fact we had already done so and were waiting for the car). We were really a bit touched!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this cozy hotel in the center of Yerevan. The location was absolutely perfect — everything was within walking distance, from beautiful streets and local cafes to main attractions like Republic Square and Cascade. The hotel itself felt very warm and inviting, with a calm and charming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. You can feel they genuinely care about guests. If you’re visiting Yerevan and want a peaceful place to stay in the middle of the city, this hotel is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!

I wish there was a power outlet beside beds because in our time it is essential for phones and tablets.

I want to focus on the behavior of all the staff, both at the reception and in the breakfast room, as well as the cleaning staff. The strong feeling of serving you and doing the best for your stay. The breakfast is rich enough to satisfy all tastes. The staff is quick to fill any gaps.The reception is here to help you by answering any of your questions. A big thank you to everyone who helped us enjoy our 10 days in Yerevan.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable and an actual double bed instead of two single beds.

I had a great experiene at the hotel. As most flights arriving to Yerevan, mine arrived super early in the morning (3 am) and the hotel was able to accommodate an early check-in (half-day fee). Special shout-out to Stella who was at the reception that day/night and was able to help me so I could rest a bit before heading out to explore. The included breakfast is very well stocked. Good space in the room. Decently spaced bathroom too.

Breakfast was a bit basic, but for the price paid still very reasonable.

Perfect location - very central. Very helpful staff. Staff called us a taxi to the airport and wrote the price down to ensure no issues.

In general everything was fine, one small comment regarding the way they told us that the water is complementary only on the first day, it was a bit inconvenient.
