Overall the staff were pleasant.... we had a bad experience with one staff who was very rude at breakfast buffet place.. . But the staff at the reception, she handled it well and helped us ..kudos to her for that.....

The staff were incredibly friendly. They addressed all our needs during our stay. Anahit, Sam, Arsen, Lucy, and Maria (I hope I am typing their names correctly) were all individuals I would have loved to meet outside of the hotel. That's how great they are. The entire hotel was also very clean and left nothing to be desired.

We liked everything except that most of the utensils in the restaurant during breakfast aren't very clean that I could still see dirt/spoiled food on the forks, knives, and spoons.

We liked everything except that most of the utensils in the restaurant during breakfast aren't very clean that I could still see dirt/spoiled food on the forks, knives, and spoons. Everything else such as the reception (Arthur, Mariana, Simon, and Maria), the housekeeping ladies, the restaurant lady and gentleman, Mohammed who fixed the bathroom issues, the maintenance of the cleanliness of our room and refreshment of the toiletries, the resolution to our requests, and suggestions and recommendations on where we could find certain food and items and services were all exceptional. We also very liked that we had been upgraded to a Superior Triple Room after booking a Deluxe Double Room for me and my friend.

Nothing , all was great . I would like to suggest in making more variety options in the breakfast . Additionally, i suggest to have restaurants to serve lunch and dinner.

This hotel was beyond the services of a 4-star hotel, and one can experience the comfort and pleasure of a 5-star hotel in this hotel. very clean hotel, helpful staff. Calm and quiet area, 3 minutes walk to the metro.

I recently stayed at Expocore Hotel, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I want to thank Mrs. Christina for her kind hospitality during our stay at hotel. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The room didn’t have a safe or a telephone to reach the reception but since the room service were active we didn’t had any problems . Also location of the hotel is a little bit far from all of the activities and cities monuments.

The room and the hotel were pretty cleaned and well maintained, The breakfast was quite good, The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
