Not convenient for myself realized to choose a room where there is no shower in the room, I will no longer take this, in the room there is no mirror, in the room there is no bottle of water, although wherever I did not settle travel in different countries always water bottle will be. Well and of course the location is not comfortable, although tolerable if you like to walk to the center 25-30 minutes on foot or by cab. You can also hear the neighbors talking to each other, a couple of them heard almost everything they talked about

It is far from most attractions, 45 minute walk, hard to find since it looks like a residential building. Room was a little dirty, found hair in the bed and the worker forgot his AirPods on our couch. Bathroom didn’t always have toilet paper or super clean.

Friendly staff and free use of washing machine. The room is very large, has a couch, dresser and natural sunlight.

The Booking.com description is inaccurate (hence my facilities rating). All rooms have a SHARED bathroom. I spent a lot of time looking for a place with a private bathroom and booked this location (rather than others that cost less - hence my value rating) to have one. Also, they know it is inaccurate. I also booked this place specifically because the rooms showed a desk and a chair so that I could work in the evenings in my own space. The room I was in had neither a desk nor a chair (hence my comfort rating - there was no place to sit). Other rooms did. Maybe I needed to ask for this when I booked? Really, this is a perfectly fine place to stay, but they need to change the description to ensure it is accurate.

The facility manager, Hayk, was helpful and accessible. He worked hard to help another guest with their Sim card and communicated proactively about my arrival on Whatsapp. The location was relatively convenient, and everything was clean. When I requested a late check-out, they allowed me to stay an extra two hours which was very much appreciated. My rating would be MUCH higher (very good to exceptional) if this hotel accurately presented itself on Booking.com. Alas, unmet expectations.

The whole building ran out of toilet paper. When we asked about it, we did not get a response and all the guests were out of toilet paper for at least 2 days.

We got in very early and they let us check-in at no extra cost. That was much appreciated. The location is great if you don’t mind walking, about 15-20mins to the center. They also let us do laundry as well which was very helpful. The staff was hospitable and quick to respond to our requests for the first half of our stay, but was not able to reach them near the end of the stay.

I wasn't provided breakfast although it stated it was free. Two of the guests asked the question and that's when I finally got my breakfast. I never raised the question as I figured it was outdated information as I noticed on many hotels/hostels pages. In the future, I'll make sure to bring up the subject. The room I booked was a double room but instead received a small cramped room. Plus the remote for the HVAC was missing. The rooms are not soundproofed and you can hear everything.

The place was clean and the owner cared about his property.

I needed a hotel for two nights in Yerevan, and it was an affordable option for me, cos I didn’t have much money. The room wasn’t bad for two days staying, but I a needed a room for a long time, it could be not comfortable. There are not enough storage space, only one clothes hanger and a problem with the chair and bed. A mattress with springs… Also the room wasn’t soundproof, so I can listen all what people say in the kitchen. And one time I took a cold shower because of problem with water temperature. But if you will stay do one or two nights it can be no such problem, especially when you go to the hotel only for sleeping (except cold water in the shower).

The door in my room let in some light from the stairs during the night time, personally for me it was a bit of uncomfortable. Also finding ATM around the place was not very easy. Anything eals was really wonderful!

It was clean and nit. The host is super nice and polite! Administrator was very friendly and helpful. I’m very grateful! In the room was Amazing gigantic bed. A lot of light and windows on the east and south sides, nice view. Great air conditioner.

The room wasn't really that big. There was only one window which opened to the Rostom street, so there wasn't much sunlight but it was alright. The neighbourhood is almost always quiet and the window didn't let any sound through, but the walls were a little bit thin. I do not recommend coming to/leaving the hostel late at night because the streets are narrow and lonely; although we didn't exactly encounter anything dangerous at night. Overall not bad for the price we paid.

The room, kitchen and bathroom cleanliness was satisfactory, although both WC and batroom were shared. The room locked from the inside and hence had more privacy.

I didn't like that the front door just sat open and there was a problem with unwanted entry. I advise the hosts to install a code lock, a chip device, or hand out keys to the door to avoid such problems in the future.

It was very clean, warm and I liked that we are on the first floor. The hostel has been recently renovated luxuriously and looks good. There is a nice equipped kitchen for common use. In general, the price-quality ratio was quite satisfactory :)

They need to change mattresses, springs are felt through. Of our 3 nights, the first 2 were without blankets.

- Shared bathroom and toilet (one for each 3 rooms, could get crowdy, but as I start work late in the morning, I managed to take a shower without waiting) - Location looks a bit unwelcoming in the evening, very dark, hostel has no sign on the door/building. - Water in the shower takes a couple of minutes to heat up - My room’s window looked at the street, it was a bit noisy at midnight because of the houses across the street (sounded like there was party or smth).

+ Helpful staff (I was unable to find the hostel’s door, a concierge went to the street and brought me to the place) + Comfy bed + Free tea in the shared kitchen + Good deal for its money (28$ after all discounts) + Everything looks new (interiors, furniture)

It was far from yerevan center, 30 min to republic sq. There was no common space in the hostel. There was no open space, around 15 min from the supermarket.

It was clean, the manager was nice, and the toilet was clean. There was a kitchen and I could use it to make food, boil water.... It's neighbour was good

The beds structure feels wasted. Only one bathroom and shower (independent from each other) .

The main door is open all day, at the entrance can find the wifi password and owner contact number just in case. Is located 20 mins by walk from republic Square, the neighborhood area is calmed, good for rest. The breakfast addiction is great and changes daily. The hotel offers kitchen, laundry and ironing areas.

I had my groceries stolen or thrown out and the manager just shrugged and said it wasn’t his responsibility. There were friends of the owners coming in and out of the property throughout night and day which meant it didn’t feel very secure. The bathroom was a mess - the toilet seat was broken and the shower head didn’t have a fitting on the wall. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned during the 3 nights I was there and so there was plenty of dirt on the floor. If it was cheaper than I’d say it’s value for money but I think there’s much better value in Yerevan.

Rooms are largish and washing machine is free to use. Having a kitchen is good but….

Breakfast was advertised as included, but it was not provided. The other guests were incredibly noisy, partying late into the night, and the reception staff was absent, leaving the issue unresolved. The overall cleanliness of the property was lacking, and the room didn’t resemble the photos shown online.

The location was quite residential but still within easy reach of the city center.
