Shall the man jump into the swimming pool right after sauna? I think it's not hygienic. A few persons did this in front of me and if this is not the way it should be, maybe it's reasonable to hang a few notes at the pool area entrance, that you should take a shower after sauna? Also I felt a lack of hair conditioner in the room. Not a big deal, just I usually see it in the hotels. Having a hot chocolate\cacao during breakfast would be wonderful (I didn't see it in the coffee machine)

The gym could be a bit more modern and have more space, but it's really a detail.

Great place. The room is very clean and comfortable, the hotel and the spa are full of light and smiles. The staff was very nice, especiallly Armine (hope I write it well) at the reception who was helpful and extremely efficient, a great professional.

There was no air conditioning in our room. And even though we could open the window, it was still hot in July and noisy outside.

There is nothing I can complain really

A nice hotel, good location on the Main Street and super friendly staff. Free parking, good breakfast and nice spa facilities. Highly recommended for customer service and good value for money

This is a remark to the ownership/management team which haven’t done a good job in designing the rooms, and especially the bathrooms.

Top marks for the BREAKFAST. Best reason to stay at this hotel - you get amazing views from the top floor, there are lots of delicious choices and a large variety of fruits, breads, pastries, and all kinds of other things. The rooms were ok, excellent cleanliness but very small and not so comfortable. The staff here were absolutely fantastic and very friendly and helpful with my requests. This is a remark to the ownership/management team which haven’t done a good job in designing the rooms, and especially the bathrooms.

Bellboys are either too pushy or too slow. Receptionists claim that the clients do things they did not do. They could be more polite

Shower flooded significantly into the bedroom and although we were moved immediately, we were moved to a much smaller room

Location was excellent; incredible view of city and Mt Ararat from breakfast restaurant; breakfast had a good choice and was good quality; very friendly helpful staff; when we had a problem with the room, we were quickly moved to another room without any fuss; easy parking

Cables behind the TV were a bit of a mess and burdened the room's aesthetics, nothing else I have to add.

Breakfast was great, the location is quite and near the centre of Yerevan. SPA is nice, there is a hammam and a steam room/banya, it is allowed to pour water on the heater. Hammam was a bit cold, but the steam room is great, especially when you rise humidity. The pool is great and has a Jacuzzi. Personal are charming, everything was ideal, nothing to add. The room is quite and spacious, air outside of a window is fresh, bathroom is large and well equipped. The bed was really comfortable and our backs well rested after the trip to Armenia.

Lovely place. Nice and warm. Good breakfast. Appreciated the sauna since it was snowing! Best part was the nice and friendly staff at reception. Thank you to Kevork and Amalya for making me feel so welcome and for giving me lots of useful advice since I’d just arrived in Armenia. Recommend.
