The stuff was amazing ! I've never experienced such a nice attitude, very friendly people. The room is huge and very comfy. The location is quite good -walking distance to museums and thr Square.

The reception was friendly and always ready to help with any questions. The room was really nice, fully carpeted, spacious, and there was a mirror not only in the bathroom but also near the entrance. The bed was huge, a double bed that’s comfortable for two people. The other room had two separate beds, so the whole space can easily fit four people. The air conditioning worked great. I only tried out the spa, but it was nice, perfect for relaxing, chatting, or doing some light swimming and water exercises. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of options. I didn’t catch everything, but there were fresh fruits, boiled eggs, all kinds of sandwich toppings including olives, several types of cheese, multiple sauces, milk and muesli with various choices, and for dessert, apple pie slices, muffins, and apricot cookies etc.

The only thing i can say that there is room for improvement was the breakfast. It was actually average and not a lot of options. This is something that needs to be improved

A pleasant hotel with SPA access included in the room price. Breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. Our room was very spacious and well maintained. We parked our motorcycles in the hotel garage. Highly recommended.

The staff were helpful and accommodating, and we had a great stay. The hotel's location is good, but it is a good 20 minute walk into the centre of town. The rooms are spacious and the hammam can be reserved for private slots.

The hotel was difficult to find; we had to inquire at a local store, as there was no signage on the road. The breakfast was simple, with dishes we usually associate with lunch or dinner. Armenian bread is so delicious, but we were offered only simple rolls and white bread slices.

Our room was really large, and interestingly designed, with a curved headboard for the king sized bed. The staff were super friendly. I used the spa for two hours: one hour in the hammam and one in the sauna. Both had its separate plunge pool and sitting area with exotic decor. While not really in the city center, the hotel is within walking distance.

Breakfast is ok, not more than that: enough options, just could do with a bit more love and care ("hot" options get cold quickly, the nice fish can't be found anymore soon after opening of brekky, the coffee is very average and again lukewarm). If you don't like noise, ask the hotel when you book to give you a room not on the side of the dancing/bar or whatever it is - pretty noisy, though after midnight it soon gets quiet again. Didn't bother me much, but I'm pretty sure some would not enjoy this.

Staff in the hotel was really friendly and helpful, once you got to know them: there's always two sides to any equation (or: show respect if you wish to earn it). There's 2 saunas: a dry one with a cold pool, and a steam one with a warm pool with jacuzzi. Both VERY nice - make sure to book them at reception, always for 1 hour. My bedroom was excellent. Hotel has some limited food options that I used twice in the bar area: quite good food and nice wine.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, just a few minutes walking distance to city center. Buffet breakfast was excellent with some variations daily, and delicious flavours. My room was spacious and very quiet. The spa section was very good, I had access to the pools, hamman and sauna and enjoyed it greatly. I definetely recommend this hotel and for sure I will stay in on my next travel to Yerevan. I am a happy customer. Thank you.
