We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SerbiaOn the downside, the rooms felt a bit small compared to what one might expect in Goris. Some basic amenities were missing: there was no hairdryer, no coffee or tea bags, and no fridge in the room.
The hotel is very well located, right in the town center of Goris, which makes it easy to explore on foot. Everything was spotless and the level of cleanliness was excellent. The staff were kind and welcoming, and I would like to highlight in particular the kitchen team, who were exceptionally nice and helpful.

IsraelBed smell in the bathroom. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The waiter was very slow and didn't care about us. We had to ask 3 times to get the beverages. We got the dinner after waiting almost an hour.
