We absolutely loved our four week stay here. The house is owned by a beautiful family. So much care and attention has been put into making the place comfortable and welcoming, and the owners are very kind people. They even adopted a puppy while we were there, one which we had seen earlier in the day on the streets. We have so many happy memories from our time in this guesthouse. Thank you - we will be back. 🥰

This is my second time at this hostel. I got a room with uncomfortable beds. The first time it was a different room and there was no such problem. In the house opposite there is a big dog that likes to bark at night.

Pleasant atmosphere, responsive hosts, not bad in terms of price-quality. Overall I recommend it, especially if the owners take care of repairs or replacement of uncomfortable beds.

The water supply was cut off during our stay and was restored in the morning. The host family prepared several buckets of drinking water for us to use.

The room is spacious and the host is very welcoming. When I wanted to do laundry, she let me to give her the dirty clothes. They washed and dried them for free. It was a great service, really appreciate that.

It can be tricky to find lukewarm water in the shower.

Amazing kitchen, fully equipped with all utensils and dishes needed for cooking. The bathroom is great, with hot water available for showers. In the room, the bed is comfortable, and the pillow is nice as well. The air is fresh, making it easy to sleep well. There is a power outlet near the bed. Shops nearby have long opening hours. The host was extremely kind. WiFi works well.

It's obvious, since it's a guest house -- only one rest room, you'd have to wait for others, or others would have to wait for you. Quite a long distance from the town center (about 20-25 minutes by foot), not terrible.

Friendly owners, met me and my friend at a late time. The room was good, beds were made, and it was clean. There is a kitchen you can share with others, make some tea or cook some foods etc. The price is reasonable (relative to average prices in the town). The interiors look good.

such and amazing hosts! they very very nice. we met some amazing people there as well. very cute house and amazing for the price. we booked a room for 4 but there was 5 of us and we said we can sleep on the floor and they made the other bed for us and were so nice about it. there is a kitchen and towels you can use. wifi also

For 1 day we did not have gas for the stove or hot water in the bathroom, but the owner informed us and told us that this was throughout Sevan so I don't think we can fault the property for it.

We stayed here for 4 nights very comfortably. The owners were friendly and helpful with any questions or needs (for example, we were able to do our laundry), but we also had privacy as the guest space is an entire floor with seperate entrance. The location is on the outskirts of town but there are shops within a couple minutes walk and it's around 20 minutes to walk to the main centre. The views from the balcony are dramatic and beautiful, and there's a big fish tank in the kitchen area that's also a nice presence.

At our arrival the bathroom and the kitchen were dirty, but we cleaned everything by ourselves and since then the other guests kept it clean. Communication should be improved: on the last night in town they suspended the water supply for the following day too. Luckily we were notified by a Russian guest and we could take a shower in the evening and put apart some water for the following day, but other guests didn't know this - the hosts could have put up a sign to warn the all of us.

Good vibes in this place, quiet and far from the city center. Good place to meet other people: it has 4 rooms and 1 shared bathroom and kitchen (well equipped). We were 3 friends and we stayed in the pink room which is spatious and equipped with a little table where you can eat. We could sleep very well even if the beds have broken springs.

Region is prone to having water cuts so expect that, do not put soap on your hand before you check if there is water. In my case water came back around 10pm.

The house is very beautiful and Erik, the owner helps us to find the right info about the train leaving Sevan to Yerevan. He was very kind using a translator.

The house is nicely located with lovely animals and hosts. We liked the whole house with the large common area, kitchen and the balcony with the view to the mountains. We were very satisfied.

The beds could be more comfortable. On the first night our double bed broke down but the hosts immediately offered us another room.

Avik, Eric and their mother are extremely hospitable and pleasant people! They brought us home-made pastry (Armenian gatas) for tea! The place is better than we expected. The hosts live on the ground floor and the guests stay on the first floor with a separate entrance, so they don't disturb each other. The first floor has two rooms with three beds and one room with five beds. There is a long wide corridor with a big fishtank and a kitchen with everthing you need to cook meals. There's also a communal bathroom. If you like meeting new people you can have conversations with other guests during your meals. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood. It costs 1500 AMD by taxi to get to Sevanavank. Wifi is fast, so I was able to have a business meeting on Skype.

The hot water was a little intermittent which may have been my misuse and knowledge of local plumbing however fine now that summer is coming

This is a lovely hostel based on the top floor of a two story house. The whole area is for guests. It has the best equipped kitchen I've seen for a long time. The beds are very comfortable with nice linen . It's very quiet. There is a rustic balcony. I got lost coming here ( my fault) and the lovely people came and found me.

It is not clear, who is doing the cleaning in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Guest need support from the hosts in keeping the common rooms clean. For example, if guests check out and leave the kitchen dirty, there are the other guests cleaning it up. This should be the duty of the hosts, not of the guests who are still staying.

The family who is running the Guest House is very kind and hospitable. There is a nice balkony, a well - equipped kitchen and it is near the mountains, if You like walking. It is declared correctly on booking that it is not directly at the center and not directly at the lake. So everybody knows the location before and it is still all in walking distance. For us it was a pleasant stay, thank You very much , we would come back again.
