There's just so much you can expect from a cheap apartment in Yerevan. It's clearly not new and could use some repair, but nothing bothersome. The AC was a bit noisy (but indispensable in summer) and the bed a bit short. The location is far from the centre, at least 90' if you want to walk but the metro station is quite close (+-15', not bad considering there's just one line and few stops).

Kind and helpful tenant who will cook you a different breakfast every morning, whether you wake up at 6:30 or 9:00. Pretty cheap accommodation with AC in the room and all the appliances you need. The neighbourhood has the stigma of the Soviet era and kinda looks like a slum, but it has its charm with its elderly playing chess on the streets and kids children running around, and I never felt unsafe even walking back alone at night. Overall a good experience.

The room is in the typical for Yerevan multistorey building. The staircase and roads around the building are far from being perfect.

For the price I paid, I can't complain about anything. It's a good ol' Armenian apartment, if you go in with that expectation, there's nothing to complain.

The host is a very nice person, and added to the experience of my visit, to be able to talk to real people. Also, she raised no issues when my flight was cancelled and suddenly my check-in time was at 4 in the morning.

It was such a lovely time with Armine and her mom. The apartment was always clean and I felt at home every second. I was often able to talk to Armine in her best English. Really great accommodation. I feel very good and comfortable here. The owners are very nice and friendly. Even though the apartment is outside the center and in an ordinary housing estate, I feel better here than in a hotel in the city center

The guesthouse is so cosy, charming and clean. I had a gorgeous balcony with a delightful view, so I was able to catch picturesque sunsets. The location is close to metro stations. Armina and her mother are so welcoming and kind-hearted, and not invasive or intrusive. Armina was really so helpful, especially when my flight arrived early in Yerevan. Really recommend this place for those wanting a peaceful, charming and serene experience in Yerevan.

Armina's place felt like home-sweet-home, even with other guests around. It is cozy, always kept clean, and occasionally you may even get offered a meal! Armina and her mother are very hospitable. As a bonus there'a roof with a hammock & a view of the city and the mountains, including Ararat. Definitely stay here!

It was a really good accomodation and interesting talks with Armine. I was glad to have a shower after a rainy bicycle drive through Yerewan. From the room you have a beautiful view over Yerewan. Public transport is nearby (metro and bus). The mother of Armine cooked a very good soup - thank you. We had interesting talks about the life and the situation in Armenia - this is what I enjoy. Hard to find. I got direction how to reach the place. But i took a taxi and went on the second entrance at the back of the hostel(near a playground). The hostel is in the middel nr 16. If you see building on the left thats nr. 18.

Roof top was very nice. Nice view of the sunset and mout ararat. Nice staff you Will feel at home with armenian People.
