Kind and helpful tenant who will cook you a different breakfast every morning, whether you wake up at 6:30 or 9:00. Pretty cheap accommodation with AC in the room and all the appliances you need. The neighbourhood has the stigma of the Soviet era and kinda looks like a slum, but it has its charm with its elderly playing chess on the streets and kids children running around, and I never felt unsafe even walking back alone at night. Overall a good experience.

There's just so much you can expect from a cheap apartment in Yerevan. It's clearly not new and could use some repair, but nothing bothersome. The AC was a bit noisy (but indispensable in summer) and the bed a bit short. The location is far from the centre, at least 90' if you want to walk but the metro station is quite close (+-15', not bad considering there's just one line and few stops).

The room is in the typical for Yerevan multistorey building. The staircase and roads around the building are far from being perfect.

Armina is a kind, generous and helpful person who did everything for me to have a nice stay in her home.

Nothing

It is a cozy, comfortable and very affordable place.

The host is a very nice person, and added to the experience of my visit, to be able to talk to real people. Also, she raised no issues when my flight was cancelled and suddenly my check-in time was at 4 in the morning.

For the price I paid, I can't complain about anything. It's a good ol' Armenian apartment, if you go in with that expectation, there's nothing to complain.

The house is clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I arrived late at night and the host was nice to meet me in the street. The breakfast was also very tasty.

Spacious room with air-con The place was clea.. Armina, the host, was helpful and kind. Allowed to use kitchen. Felt almost like being at home.

It was such a lovely time with Armine and her mom. The apartment was always clean and I felt at home every second. I was often able to talk to Armine in her best English. She helped me a lot to understand the country and the city of Yerevan. For me and my trip, the decision for the room in the apartment of Armine and her wonderful mother was super good. Flat, room and toilet were impeccably clean, and Armina and her mum are extremely friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable during all my stay :). It was great seeing how an apartment block is where locals live.
