The room was very clean and in a good location. Walking distance to shops and to republic square. Anoush is the sweetest with a warm smile and very helpful. Every morning she cooks an amazing breakfast (each day was different), it was the best time of the day to try all these tasteful dishes. We highly recommend!!!

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, cooked differently every morning with a mother's care and attention. The local cherries and strawberries were exceptional! We even had a welcome snack of coffee and fruit, which was exactly what we needed. The genuine and exceptional hospitality truly won us over. The house is located just beyond the city center ring, but still easily and safely reachable on foot in 15 minutes. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Dear Martin-jan, than you and your family for everything! Definitely more than I expected. Guys, breakfast is awesome and I add a picture of what I got. Very friendly owners and their family. If Yerevan again, I will book it again and I am looking forward to meet owners again. Comfy bed. Quiet location, quiet room - you should know that cars in Yerevan are very noisy and if you book a hotel near the main street, your sleep will be ruined. Big room - definitely much bigger than in standard hotels. City center and universities in walking distance what is a jackpot if you consider how bad is transportation in Yerevan during daytime. You will be definitely better off to walk during peak hours than take a taxi. I arrived in hotel at 5:00am and there was no problem with that. After booking this hotel, I contacted the owners with a question if it is possible to arrive at 5:00am. I was told that "you can arrive at any time" Frankly, I was super happy and it made my day. And last thing, the owners can arrange a tour in Armenia for you at very reasonable price so there is no need to search for a tour operator on the street. And...the owner's son gave me a ride to the airport on the last day at 1:15am. What on Earth more could you ever get?

As a family of 4, we stayed one week in Yerevan at Anoosh's 2 bedroom apartment on Shara Talyan. The apartment is fully equipped (no stovetop or oven though) and convenient for those who want a memorable stay in a central location in the beautiful capital of Armenia. We enjoyed very much everything with the accommodation, facilities, and conveniences. We would like to emphasis the unique commendable hospitality, the cleanness of everything, proper and on-time daily arrangements and notably the delicious varied breakfast with fresh ingredients and local Yerevan cuisine during our stay. Anoosh was very approachable and happy to help whenever we had a question or needed a Yandex taxi. They also had great communication and allowed us to pay 24 hour after our arrival which was super helpful. We highly recommend it for all those who want to have an excellent and relaxing stay in Yerevan. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 10 OUT OF 10

I would like to say thank you to our lovely hosts. The flat was charming with a balcony overlooking the park and we felt at home there. The hosts were very fun and friendly, also giving us some home-cooked food. Thanks again and we would definitely stay with you next time!

Given this was quite expensive would have expected a few more small details hence 1 star less. Would have been good to have tea and coffee in the room, fitted (or overlapped) bedsheet - we always ended up on the mattress in the morning as the mattress cover bedsheet was way too small. The place is not a hotel but more of a homestay which didn’t bother us. But it was quite difficult to find or contact the host when we needed something (e.g. running out of soap after 3 out of 4 days). Host woke us up early to ask for payment in the morning although we were staying there for several other days.

One of the most comfortable beds we’ve had in 6 weeks in the Caucasus. Great facilities cleanliness and comfort overall. 20mins walk to most places in town

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was much bigger than expected. The room have its own microwave, fridge, bathroom, TV, sofa, AC, towels, slippers. Everything was clean. The host is very kind and can speak English. She even allowed us to keep baggage after check-out and before leaving gave us tasty peaches and a bowl of their traditional food made out of dairy products and rice. I highly recommend this accommodation. ☺️
