The place is lovely, comfortable and quiet. The owners are truly wonderful, very responsive and ready to accommodate their guests. Truly recommended.

Very friendly staff. In the night they made bonfire for all guests. It was really nice. Very helpful. The place is actually amazing. The view is beautiful. There's many fruit trees that you can pick and eat fresh fruits. Many swings to relax.

I had a wonderful stay at this guest house. The location is perfect, close to the main road yet very peaceful. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need. The kitchen is well equipped, clean, and very convenient for preparing meals, which made the stay even more comfortable. The garden is beautiful, with great spaces for relaxation and even activities for children. The breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property. Most importantly, the host was extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more special. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality.

Our host was really welcoming and did his best to make us feel comfortable. He helped us with advices and even organized us the trip back to Yerevan. The room was big and equipped with everything we needed. The guesthouse has a nice garden with fireplace and sitting areas where you can chill and the view of Goris and the mountains. We ordered breakfast and it was the richest of all during our stay in Armenia. We could also enjoy the fresh fruits from the garden.

The spaces this Guest House has outside is so beautiful and full of diferentes ambiences to enjoy the time (wonderful barbecue!). Rooms are super clean. The family is an excellent host. This is by far the best place we have stayed in Armenia.

Loved our stay here! The location was perfect, the garden was beautiful, and the staff were amazing—so friendly and helpful. The room was well-equipped with a TV, fridge, and everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, and the guest house has very convenient and comfortable parking space. We truly felt welcomed.

Everything was excellent. The hosts were very kind and welcoming to the guests. The rooms were clean, well-furnished, and had all the necessary amenities. The garden was beautiful – a perfect place for relaxation and peace.

Breakfast was delicious, garden was beautiful, I got a great night's sleep! The family were so friendly and helpful - gave me a spacious room and also a little souvenir before I left.

Amazing peaceful place to feel comfortable and relaxing, very beautiful garden with hammock, fireplace, full of roses and fruits trees. In the room you have all what you need. Perfect cleanness. Its family's village place made with love and care. Original armenian family is very kind, hospitality and soulful . We wish them wellness and wealth. We had really wonderful time! Thanks a lot!!!!!!

Very kind and welcoming hosts, the room has everything you need and it was very comfortable. The guest house also have a nice kitchen where you can find almost everything if you want to prepare some food. Coffee and tea are free. Unfortunatlely when we were there the weather wasn't so nice but there is also a possibility to set a campfire and make some grilled food. The hosts also gave us a little gift before we left, they're super kind people. I'm highly recommend this place for everyone who want to travel around in this region, there is so many things to explore.

Attentive hosts, great kitchen

We had an excellent stay here. The owners made sure we know everything about the property. Our family suite was just right for us to lay down and relax while the toddler is playing around. They helped us to park the car right. If there are other guests, you’re invited to make a bonfire and connect. Unfortunately, I had to skip as we were already in the bed. But if you can, do it. The next day we had some delicious breakfast made for us at our convenient time. Highly recommend to get one for yourself.

Everything about our stay was great, but what truly made it exceptional was the host and their lovely family. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really stood out and made us feel right at home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The garden was well maintained and a beautiful place to relax. The views from the property were also lovely, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. All facilities were in place and well taken care of. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing place with outstanding hospitality, this is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!

The room was comfortable and clean.The Kitchen had all opportunities.Breakfast was very delicious,with beautiful view from the window.And also there is large Parking space.We recommend it.

Very sweet people run this guest house. They don't speak English but Google translate works well. The room was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for our overnight pit stop near Goris. Breakfast was very reasonably priced at 1500 drams per head and was tasty. The surroundings were also very pretty- the garden has a lot of beautiful flowers. They had a parking spot in their garage for our car.

Everything was fine. The bathroom did have a strong drainage smell though (which is often the case in older buildings)
