Farimah is an exceptional host, she's very lovely and helpful person, the hostel is confortable and clean

Friendly and welcoming male staff, always helpful. Good location, easy to find with the instructions provided. Overall: A decent stay that I would still recommend, but the hostel definitely needs improvements in facilities and comfort.

The photos they share of how to find the hostel are a bit outdated compared to the current state. Some staff members were also sleeping in the dorm room, showing little consideration for guests by leaving the door open late at night and talking loudly. Even when they saw you trying to sleep Only 2 bathrooms per floor, with showers and toilets in the same space, often leading to queues and wet floors. The AC in the room barely worked – even on low temperature and high fan speed it never cooled below ~24°C. In August, with high humidity, it was uncomfortable and hard to sleep. AC in the common areas worked better. WiFi was unstable, frequently disconnecting and quite slow. For digital nomads, this is not a good option unless you plan to rent office space in the city.

This is my second stay here. I came three years ago. It felt like home then, and it feels the same now. Everything was perfect. Tigran made everything easy for me. If I come back, this is where I'll stay again.

Everything was perfect

A cozy hostel with a friendly and warm hearted volunteer named Farrimah who helps and guides travelers very well. The kitchen and bathroom are clean. Rooms, kitchen, bathroom and bed linens are cleaned and changed everyday.

In my opinion the air conditioner in the room is not powerful enough and should be serviced. The hostel is located at the 5th floor and there is no elevator that is better considered in advance, but it is not a big deal for travellers.

Well equipped hostel, great WiFi and helpful staff

I knew in advance that it was in top floor, but it is a consideration in this heat, there was a lot of coming and going in the room from late arrivals so didn’t get the best sleeps of my trip, but that’s his hostelling!!

Great homely hostel right in city centre. Thanks Tigran and Mehrzatt for giving us a flying start to our Trans Caucasian hike in Armenia. You made things easy and fun. Thank you

Great hostel in a great location in Yerevan. Feels more like staying at a home than a hostel. The manager Mehrzatt is very nice and he has great music skills! Definitely recommend 😊

Its very nice place and its local access is very good. Its Volunteer as a receptionist is very cool and cardinal person and do any help from his hand, and finally the owner of these hostel is a very kindly and nice person.

Great welcoming vibe on what was my second stay at the hostel. Facilities are perfect for what you would want in any good hostel. I have my 3rd stay already booked in 👍

Not something I mind, but there are a lot of stairs to reach the hostel to be aware of.

It is at the top of maybe 5 flights of stairs, annoying but not a dealbreaker.

Everything about this hostel was superb, including a nice kitchen and sitting area to relax and socialize with other guests.

Great staff working here and a very cosy hostel with good common areas, kitchen & food storage as well as good toilet to people ratio. I’ve returned for a second stay as a testament to how much I rated it the first time round.

It’s up quite a few flights of stairs so might not be the best if you have mobility issues as there is no lift option.

Everything was amazing. I arrived in the middle of the night, but I was promptly welcomed. Sean is a great host: he shared many tips about Yerevan/Armenia and a lot of helpful information, which made my days in Yerevan much easier. The place is clean, bathrooms are spacious and there is a great welcoming vibe. At the end of each day, it felt like coming back home after many hours of sightseeing. I enjoyed it so much I ended up extending my stay. Other guests were also super friendly - I had a great time with them. The hostel is very well located - I walked pretty much everywhere. Definitely recommend it and will stay there once I have the chance to visit Yerevan again.

If you're carrying a lot of luggage, the stairs might be a challenge.

Extremely comfortable private room, and warmly hosted by Sean. Was always relieved to come back here after a day of heavy tourism, which is the sign of a good hostel. Received sweets from a friendly lady who lived in the same block of flats, and spoke to her for a good half hour about all sorts, so look out for her.

really enjoyed my 3 nights stay here. location was great, lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. despite being next to a busy street it was completely quiet at night (minus any snoring 😂). shoutout to sean, the hostel manager. he was very welcoming and gave great travel tips for Yerevan, Armenia and beyond 😀. thanks again! everything you need from a hostel is provided here. definitely staying here again when i come back.

The place was clean. Room was clean. Very chill vibe hostel. Nice staff too!

While it is close to most attractions, the entrance is hidden in the back alley way. Which isnt a bid deal but the the amount of stairs to climb to the top was exhausting. Just be prepared!

Convenient central location. Small clean & quiet hostel in an apartment that feels very much like home. Acting host,Daniel,was super kind, respectful & helpful with everything! He went above & beyond call of duty to get up at 2:30AM to help me order a ride to the airport and bring my suitcase down 6 floors of stairs to the vehicle. That simply is genuine kindness!! What an incredibly wonderful person! Tigran the owner was so sweet & often brought in treats for the guests. Highly recommended!

This little hostel has full kitchen facilities you can use, washing machine, WiFi, work area and private room options.

I had a fantastic experience at this hostel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived, making me feel right at home. The location is perfect – close to everything I wanted to see, with easy access to public transportation. The hostel itself is spotless. The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were all immaculate and well-maintained. They take pride in keeping the place in great shape. What stood out the most was the atmosphere – friendly and relaxed, but also professional. Whether you’re traveling solo or with friends, this is a great place to stay. I’ll be back the next time I’m in town. Highly recommended!
