Just a note for families: the kids’ room has limited toys, and the playground is outside the hotel and up some stairs, which was tricky with a little one. Otherwise, everything was great!

I had a pleasant stay at Teghenis Resort. The accommodation was good, with clean and comfortable rooms that made our stay enjoyable. The location is excellent – very close to the Tsaghkadzor Ropeway, which was super convenient for us. One of the best parts of our stay was the staff. They were extremely friendly and made us feel very comfortable throughout our time there. Their warm hospitality really stood out. Since I booked the hotel without breakfast and chose to eat outside, I can't comment on the food offered at the resort. Overall, a great place to stay in Tsaghkadzor, especially if you're looking for a comfortable, well-located spot with welcoming staff.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room had everything we needed and the location is walking distance from the ski resort. Loved the Sauna and swimming pool along with the breakfast with a view.

We love it and has plans to come back. Facilities are good for families and group of friends. Its very quiet and they are attentive to your needs. Just be ready to bring hair conditioner not part of their toiletries..Definitely value for money. They have a wide variety of breakfast ..They have in-house restaurant wherein food is great, a bit pricey but that is expected for hotel restaurant. They have pool and sauna so nice coming back after a long day of tour. Waking up to the sounds of bird singing and gushing river is really a plus. Definitely coming back to this hotel again

Location near the slopes is great. The food is amazing, but most importantly, the staff is super friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help where needed. This was easily one the most positive surprises for a first time visitor to the country.

We had the best stay. Starting from the first impression and greeting: The Lady on the reception ( with curly hair) was very kind, professional and super helpful. Thanks to her. - We liked the resort, the room and also that it was very close to the Ski Lift. - It was like 10 min walk to the lift - The room was very warm and comfy - We also used the spa ( pool, steam room and sauna) - It was around 1h from Yerevan and the resort arrange transportation upon our request

We're back to stay in this hotel for many years in winter vacation.. It's best hotel in town.. The location very close to the ropeway you can walk 5 mins to get there or you can call taxi. if you want to go to supermarket you can also call taxi it's 10mins aways... The room its clean and staffs are very helpful...we will back again for sure..

The location was perfect and the staff were really helpful. We were stuck at a location due to excessive snowfall and reception staff Ani arranged the vehicle for us and made sure we reach to hotel safely . Overall it was a wonderful experience staying at this property

Restaurant view was jaw dropping. It was a walking distance from the ski resort and you get to feel luxury with the resort view and facilities.

Swimming pool water needs to be more warmer as I visited in winter(-5 degrees)
