No air conditioner in the room, it was a bit too hot but the fan helped a little bit.

Great staff, very friendly and nice people. The location is convenient, very close to the city center but still in a quiet place. The price is reasonable. breakfast was served according to our request at the day of our arrival because next morning we had to leave too early in the morning.

Nice apartment on the top floor. Own bedroom with balcony and living room and kitchen, which in theory are available to all (it's one big apartment), but nobody came there. Very friendly hosts.

We expected a normal apartement, separated from rest of house. But the area kitchen/ living-room is open, with a huge open staircase, so you hear everything from the other floors, not good in evening/night, when someone needs to sleep on the sofa (snoring) WiFi in 3.floor sleeping-room is pretty slow

We had a perfect stay with a really kind armenian grandparents, we felt like home with our children. We also had a good parking place, which was a bonus. From our balcony, we could see the beautiful Ararat mountain.

The communication was a bit difficult, due to different languages and misunderstandings from both sides. It would have been nice to know all the practical things when we arrived: when do we pay? What is the wifi? Can we use the fridge? How late is the breakfast? I had to ask everything. And the description in booking.com is confusing.

The Armenia style, it’s extremely clean and the breakfast is absolutely amazing.

Their son helped me to organize my transport to where I was going on a trip and around in the city, he also cared afterwards, if it has been a success. I really appreciate his special attention. So nice to meet them and I would stay with this family again!

Hospitable hosts. We felt at home. The hosts arranged for us to choose a place where we tasted the national dish, gave us a treat, and escorted us out late at night. A bath was available in the house. The warm blankets were very much appreciated. The place is quiet and close to the subway station.
