How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nadia is a wonderful hostess and the hostel has a lot of nice places to chill. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfy. It's located near the center.

Nadia the owner, is amanzing helpul. She always had been ready for helping to resolve. Very nice family as Well. The Ghest House is placed in a very nice Spot for walking.

Nadia has made a little paradise for travellers in the shade of the big Goris Hotel. The rooms look cosy and decent, common areas are very nice too. Nadia is a nice lady and processional host. We loved our stay here!

All was good.
Excellent location close to the main road where you will find supermarkets, and about 15 min walk to the place where you get the mini bus to Yerevan. The hostel was spacious with lots of well decorated and cute areas for sitting outside. The room was quaintly decorated and very comfortable. Host was great and helped us with many things such as booking a ticket back to Yerevan. The kitchen is basic and has enough for simple cooking.

Great location in centre of Goris. Very helpful owners. We could leave our bags for a couple of days while we hiked to Tatev and Khustupp. Wifi was good and I could have some calls on my laptop.

We loved our stay here! The lady who runs the place is so helpful and friendly, she organized a driver for us and helped us with public transportation to our next destination. Definitely recommend!

It's a really quiet and nice hostel! The room was really big and comfortable, the shower worked perfectly, and the kitchen and common space was really handy too! Nadia, the owner is really friendly and helpful, so it is a really good place to stay in Goris!

Not an issue but a suggestion. A mop in the bathroom could help guests clean up after themselves
Very spacious dorm with comfy beds, lots of space and hooks. Well equipped kitchen. Heated space with hot showers. Spacious dining area and also a pretty outdoor area. Best is the hospitality, kindness of Nadia who speaks very good English, to offer very helpful information on where to go and how to get there. Quiet location close to the center. Highly recommended

Everything was perfect. The family that runs the place is super nice. The beds are confortable and it's always really clean. The location is close to the center of Goris. As it was already low season I've booked a bed in a dorm and had the dorm just for myself the whole stay, that's a huge bonus! 😁

I never understand why most kitchens are so poor?! No cutlery, no basic things to cook a little ... and it's not a big thing to arrange I would think ...

The host family was very kind and welcoming. The property was in a convenient location and had a wonderful outside garden area to spend time relaxing. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking.

The temperature of the shower was hard to regulate, but it wasn’t a big deal since it was warm outside
Breakfast and hospitality of the owners are amazing. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. It felt like home. Very big bonus for the atmospheric garden ❤️

No lockers for valuables
Nadja was lovely and so helpful. She helped me with a taxi to the Wings of Tatev and her daughter-in-law helped me to book a marshrutka back to Yerevan. The hostel is lovely with a beautiful patio area outside to hang out and enjoy the peace. The 4-bed dorm was very spacious and comfortable and there are great kitchen facilities. The hostel is very well located, very close to Goris and the walking trails of Old Goris. And easy to find. I would 100% recommend staying here!

An amazing stay in Goris. Nadia is a wonderful host - kind, friendly & helpful. She helped with our onward travel & reserved bus tickets. The location is perfect- a short walk to supermarkets & bakeries & an easy walk to old Goris. The room was great with a lovely comfortable bed & nice hot shower. There are lots of outside seating areas to relax. We would definitely recommend staying.

Very cozy, clean and pleasant hostel. There are wonderful terraces. Close to the center, supermarkets and cafes. Nearby you can walk to Old Goris. The hosts are welcoming and responsive. You can park your bike in the garage.

The beds were not very comfortable, the bathroom was little bit wet due the rainy season
It's situated near the town center (around 10 min. walk from marshutkas stop), the communication was without problem), the landlady was very helpful, able to figure out everything we needed (eg. she booked tickets for marshutka in advance). The house has a nice terrace where you can sit and have a rest. There is a small kitchen for all rooms with a fridge and a kettle.
